Obyek wisata Deles Indah merupakan salah satu potensi wisata alam yarg terdapat di Kabupaten Klaten. Obyek wisata ini merupakan satu-satunya obyek wisata alam pegunungan yang sudah dikelola oleh pemerintah daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui potensi obyek wisata Deles Indah berdasarkan penilaian dari aspek permintaan (wisatawan) dan aspek penawaran yang diukur dari faktor pendukung internal dan faktor eksternal, mengetahui profil wisatawan dan keinginan mereka terhadap pengembangan obyek wisata dan pelayanan. kepariwisataan Deles Indah, mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi wisatawan terhadap kondisi obyek dan fasilitas pendukungnya dengan minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung mengetahui posisi obyek wisata Deles Indah dalam kepariwisataan di tingkat lokal dan regional dan mengetahui pengaruh obyek wisata Deles Indah terhadap kehidupan social ekonomi masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survai dengan cara wawancara terstruktur kepada 90 wisatawan yang dibagi menjadi dua yaitu 45 wisatawan usia muda dan 45 wisatawan usia tua. Selain itu dilakukan wawancara dengan key person seperti tokoh masyarakat dan aparat desa setempat. Untuk mengetahui potersi obyek wisata Deles Indah menggunakan skoring, sedangkan untuk perbedaan minat wisatawan menggunakan tabel silang dan analisis deskriptif dan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi wisatawan terhadap kondisi obyek dan fasilitas pendukungnya dengan minat wisatawan berkunjung menggunakan analisis korelasi. Posisi obyek wisata Deles Indah dapat diketahui dengan membandingkannya terhadap obyek wisata alam lain di tingkat lokal dan regional, pengaruh obyek wisata Deles Indah terhadap masyarakat diketahui dengan menggunakan analisis deskriftif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Obyek wisata Deles Indah mempunyai potensi tinggi untuk dikembangkan sebagai obyek wisata alam di Kabupaten Klaten. Deles Indah juga memiliki prospek untuk dikembangkan sebagai obyek wisata alam dan keluarga karena wisatawan baik yang berusia muda maupun dewasa memiliki motivasi yang sama yaitu mengisi waktu luang dan mencari kesegaran udara bersama-sama dengan keluarga dan rombongan. Kondisi obyek dan fasilitas pelayanan kepariwisataan Deles Indah tidak mempengaruhi secara mutlak minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Deles Indah juga memiliki posisi yang baik di tingkat local maupun regional sehingga dapat diandalkan untuk menjaring wisatawan baik di tingkat local maupun regional. Keberadaan obyek wisata Deles Indah ini dapat meningkatkan kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat terutama masyarakat yang berpenghasilan rendah.

The Deles Indah tourism object is a potential of natural tour located in Klaten Regency. This tourism object is the only natural object managed by the local government. The aims of this study was to find out the potentials of Deles Indah tourism object based on the assessment from the aspect of demand (tourists) and the offer aspect measured from the internal and external supporting factors, to find out the profile of the tourists and their wish toward the development of tourism object and the tourism service of Deles Indah, to find out he relation between the tourists' perception toward the condition of the object and the supporting facilities with the interest of the tourists to visit to find out the position of the Deles Indah tourism object in the local and regional levels of tourism and to find out the impact of Deles Indah tourism object toward the socioeconomic life of the society. The method used in this study was survey method using structured interview toward 90 tourists divided into two, 45 adult and 45 old. Beside, it was carried out an interview to the key person, such as the chief of the society. To find out the potential of Deles Indah tourism object, it was used scoring, while to find out the difference of the tourists' interest, it was used cross table and descriptive analysis. To find out the relation between the perception of the tourists toward the condition of he object and its supporting facilities with the interest of the tourists to visit, it was used correlation analysis. He position of the Deles Indah tourism object could be found out by comparing with other natural object in the local and regional level, the impact of Deles Indah tourism object toward the society could be found out by using descriptive and quantitative analysis. The result of the study showed that the Deles Indah tourism object had high potential to be developed as natural tourism object in Klaten Regency. Deles Indah alsi had a prospect to develop as natural and family tourism object because the tourists had the same motivation, ie, to spend their spare time and find the fresh air with their family. The condition and the service facilities of the tourism object of Deles Indah did not affect significantly toward the interest of the tourists to visit it. Deles Indah also had good position, either in the local or regional level, so that it could be an eminent to attract tourists. The existence of Deles Indah tourism object could increase the socioeconomic life of the society, mainly poor people
