Analisis Tingkat Perkembangan Objek Wisata Alam pada RPH Mangunan

Ekowisata merupakan bagian dari pariwisata berkelanjutan yang berperan penting dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan sekaligus meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal. Kawasan hutan pinus di RPH Mangunan, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata alam berbasis masyarakat yang dikelola melalui kerja sama antara pemerintah daerah dan Koperasi Notowono, dengan destinasi unggulan Pinus Pengger dan Pinus Sari. Meskipun berada dalam satu sistem pengelolaan, kedua objek wisata menunjukkan perbedaan tingkat perkembangan yang diduga berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis tingkat perkembangan objek wisata Pinus Pengger dan Pinus Sari, (2) mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengunjung menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), serta (3) mengkaji keterkaitan antara tingkat perkembangan dengan kepuasan pengunjung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner skala Likert, dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk menilai tingkat perkembangan, metode CSI untuk mengukur kepuasan pengunjung, serta analisis deskriptif kualitatif untuk melihat hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pinus Pengger memperoleh skor perkembangan 3,86 dengan kategori sangat berkembang dan nilai CSI sebesar 77,40?ngan kategori puas. Sementara itu, Pinus Sari memperoleh skor perkembangan 4,24 dengan kategori sangat berkembang dan nilai CSI sebesar 84,89?ngan kategori sangat puas. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat perkembangan objek wisata, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepuasan pengunjung.

Ecotourism is part of sustainable tourism that plays an important role in preserving the environment while improving the welfare of local communities. The pine forest area in RPH Mangunan, Yogyakarta Special Region, is one of the community-based natural tourism destinations managed through collaboration between the local government and the Notowono Cooperative, with the main destinations being Pinus Pengger and Pinus Sari. Although under the same management system, the two tourist attractions show different levels of development that are thought to influence the level of visitor satisfaction. This study aims to (1) analyze the level of development of the Pinus Pengger and Pinus Sari tourist attractions, (2) measure the level of visitor satisfaction using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method, and (3) examine the relationship between the level of development and visitor satisfaction. The study used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, Likert scale questionnaires, and interviews. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics to assess the level of development, the CSI method to measure visitor satisfaction, and qualitative descriptive analysis to see the relationship between variables. The results showed that Pinus Pengger obtained a development score of 3.86 with a very developed category and a CSI value of 77.40% with a satisfied category. Meanwhile, Pinus Sari achieved a development score of 4.24, categorized as highly developed, and a CSI score of 84.89%, categorized as very satisfied.
