Selain itu, hasil pengukuran TAM menunjukkan korelasi kuat (r = 0,60–0,70) pada indikator perceived usefulness dan perceived ease-of-use, yang mengindikasikan bahwa sistem ini diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna. Sistem ini juga meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data dalam pengelolaan K3 kontraktor. Fitur seperti Single Sign-On (SSO), alur kerja verifikasi dokumen, dan dasbor pemantauan memperkuat budaya kepatuhan dan tata kelola keselamatan yang berkelanjutan. Sistem informasi CSMS berbasis web terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, kepatuhan, dan penerimaan pengguna dalam pengelolaan K3 kontraktor. Sistem ini direkomendasikan untuk direplikasi pada proyek lain guna mendukung pencapaian zero accident di sektor pertambangan. This method results in decentralized document management, delays in verification, and slow delivery of feedback and follow-up on assessment results. As a result, the efficiency of the project tender process is disrupted and there is a potential for a decline in contractor compliance with legal, technical, and occupational health and safety (OHS) aspects. This study aims to develop and implement a web-based information system to support the implementation of the Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) at PT. Petromine Energy Trading, in order to align with the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) and ISO 45001:2018 standards. The methodology includes web application development using a usage-centered design approach, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) modeling, and system effectiveness evaluation through paired t-test and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The results show that the web-based CSMS significantly improves tender process efficiency, reducing the average document submission time from 10.3 days to 3 days. The statistical test yielded a t-value of 2.57, exceeding the critical value of 2.01, with a p-value < 0> Furthermore, TAM analysis revealed strong correlations (r = 0.60–0.70) in perceived usefulness and ease-of-use, indicating high user acceptance. The system also enhances transparency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making in contractor OHS management. Features such as Single Sign-On (SSO), structured document verification workflows, and monitoring dashboards reinforce a culture of compliance and sustainable safety governance. The web-based CSMS is proven effective in improving efficiency, compliance, and user acceptance in contractor OHS management. It is recommended for replication in other projects to support the achievement of zero accidents in the mining sector.
