Pengembangan dan Validasi Illness Questionnaire Revised (IPQ-R) Versi Bahasa Indonesia Pada Pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2

Latar belakang :Illness Perception Questionaire Revised (IPQ-R) belum pernah diterjemahkan ke bahasa Indonesia dalam konteks penyakit diabetes melitus, untuk menilai persepsi pada penderita diabetes melitus tipe2, IPQ-R yang asli perlu diterjemahkan kedalam bahasa Indonesia untuk memastikan pasien di Indonesia memahami dengan tepat isinya.

Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengukur validitas serta reliabilitas versi bahasa Indonesia dari kuesioner IPQ-R pada pasien Diabetes Melitus tipe 2 yang tergabung dalam Program Pengelolaan Penyakit Kronis (PROLANIS) di Klinik Pratama 24 jam Firdaus, Kecamatan Kasihan, Kabupaten Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

Metode : Penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif ini menggunakan pendekatan Cross- Sectional. Jumlah sampel 72 orang yang telah didiagnosis diabetes melitus tipe 2 didapatkan dengan teknik total sampling. Uji validitas dilakukan dengan metode Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) dengan nilai Chi-Square goodness of fit > 0.000 dan uji reliabilitas dengan menggunakan teknik Internal Consistency (Chronbach Alpha > 0.7).

Hasil : Pengembangan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan penambahan domain aspek sosial dengan tujuan untuk mengukur beban sosial yang timbul akibat dari kebiasaan dan kebudayaan yang berkembang dalam masyarakat tentang penyakit diabetes, dan dilakukan modifikasi berupa pengecualian beberapa item dalam tiap domain yaitu domain konsekuensi, kontrol pribadi, kontrol pengobatan koherensi penyakit, representasi emosiona dan aspek sosial dengan tujuan untuk mencapai validasi konvergen dan mendapatkan nilai chi-square goodness of fit yang baik. Hasil Chi-square goodness of fit pada 8 domain dalam kuisioner IPQ-R versi bahasa Indonesia yang telah dikembangkan memiliki nilai koefisien p value > 0.000 dan hasil uji reliabilitasnya menunjukkan nilai koefisien Alpha Cronbach tiap-tiap domain > 0.7.

Kesimpulan : Kuisioner IPQ-R versi bahasa Indonesia yang telah dikembangkan valid (fit) dan reliable untuk menilai persepsi penyakit pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di klinik pratama 24 jam firdaus kecamatan kasihan kabupaten bantul daerah istimewa Yogyakarta

Background :The Illness Perception Questionnaire Revised (IPQ-R) has never been translated into Indonesian in the context of diabetes mellitus. To assess perceptions in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, the original IPQ-R needs to be translated into Indonesian to ensure that patients in Indonesia understand its contents correctly.

Objective :This study aims to develop and measure the validity and reliability of the Indonesian language version of the IPQ-R questionnaire in type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients who are members of the Chronic Disease Management Program (PROLANIS) at the Firdaus 24-hour Primary Clinic, Kasihan District, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

Method:This descriptive quantitative study used a cross-sectional approach. A total sampling technique was used to select 72 individuals diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Validity was tested using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with a Chi-Square goodness of fit value >0.000, and reliability using Internal Consistency (Chronbach's Alpha >0.7).

Results :The development in this study was carried out by adding a social aspect domain with the aim of measuring the social burden arising from the habits and culture that develop in society about diabetes, and modifications were made in the form of excluding several items in each domain, namely the domain of consequences, personal control, control of disease coherence treatment, emotional representation and social aspects with the aim of achieving convergent validation and obtaining a good chi-square goodness of fit value. The results of the Chi-square goodness of fit in 8 domains in the Indonesian version of the IPQ-R questionnaire that has been developed have a coefficient value of p value> 0.000 and the results of the reliability test show the Cronbach Alpha coefficient value for each domain> 0.7.

Conclusion :The Indonesian language version of the IPQ-R questionnaire that has been developed is valid (fit) and reliable to assess disease perception in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients at the 24-hour primary clinic, Firdaus, Kasihan District, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta.
