Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baja yang mengalami proses carburising memiliki harga kekerasan yang lebih tinggi dari baja yang tidak mengalami proses carburising, serta struktur mikro dari baja tercarburasi adalah semetit yang terdapat pada permukaan baja, dimana struktur ini memiliki sifat yang keras namun getas

The results of the study show that steel that has undergone a carburizing process has a higher hardness value than steel that has not undergone a carburizing process, and the microstructure of the carburized steel is cementite which is found on the surface of the steel, where this structure has hard but brittle properties.
