Alternatif Desain Struktur Atas Jembatan Metode Balanced Cantilever di Proyek Jalan Tol Kataraja Seksi 1

Jalan Tol Kamal-Teluknaga-Rajeg (Kataraja) Seksi 1 memiliki panjang 6,7 km yang menghubungkan Kamal Muara hingga Kosambi yang terhubung dengan Jalan Tol Prof. Dr. Ir. Sedyatmo. Jalan dirancang melintasi sungai sehingga diperlukan konstruksi elevated structure. Struktur jembatan terbuat dari beton prategang dengan penampang box girder. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini, dilakukan perancangan ulang dengan tujuan efisiensi material dengan penetapan dimensi penampang, perancangan jumlah strand, dan segmen konstruksi. Struktur dirancang agar memenuhi persyaratan batas layan dan kekuatan.
Struktur jembatan memiliki panjang bentang 209 m dengan total 3 bentang yang ditumpu 2 buah pier dan 2 abutmen di bagian ujung. Dalam pelaksanaan digunakan metode balanced cantilever dengan beton cor di tempat. Analisis menggunakan bantuan fasilitas construction stage analysis dari perangkat lunak MIDAS CIVIL untuk memudahkan perhitungan time dependent effect. Struktur dirancang berdasarkan standar utama AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specification 6th Edition 2012 yang juga diacu pada ACI 318:25, SNI 1725:2016 tentang Pembebanan untuk Jembatan, SNI 2833:2016 tentang Pembebanan terhadap Beban Gempa, dan beberapa standar lainnya. Hasil perancangan dibandingkan dengan perancangan eksisting dari segi volume material, jumlah strand, dan segmen konstruksi.
Dari perancangan ulang didapatkan penampang baru box girder beton prategang memenuhi persyaratan batas layan dan kekuatan. Adapun persyaratan batas layan yang dipenuhi antara lain lendutan akibat beban mati, hidup, dan daya layan serta tegangan pada kondisi pembangunan dan operasional. Pengaruh getaran dianggap aman karena memenuhi syarat lendutan maksimum. Persyaratan batas kekuatan dipenuhi sesuai batas lentur, geser, dan torsi. Berdasarkan perancangan diperoleh efisiensi material sebesar 18,86% untuk volume beton dan 1,43% untuk luas area strand.
The Kamal–Teluknaga–Rajeg (Kataraja) Toll Road Section 1, with a total length of 6,7 km, connects Kamal Muara to Kosambi and is integrated with the Prof. Dr. Ir. Sedyatmo Toll Road. Due to its alignment across river channels, an elevated structure is required to build. The bridge structure is constructed using prestressed concrete with a box girder cross-section. The design focuses on enhancing material efficiency by modifying cross-sectional dimensions, number of strands, and construction segments while satisfies serviceability and ultimate limit state requirements.
The bridge spans 209 m length, consisting of three spans supported by two piers and two abutments at both ends. The construction method adopted is the balanced cantilever system using cast in situ concrete. Structural analysis is performed using the construction stage analysis feature in MIDAS Civil software for time-dependent effects. The design is based on the AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specification (6th Edition, 2012), referenced with ACI 318:25, SNI 1725:2016 for bridge loading, SNI 2833:2016 for seismic loads, and other relevant standards. The design is compared to the existing design in terms of material volume, number of strands, and construction segments.
Based on the analysis, the prestressed concrete box girder section satisfies both serviceability and ultimate limit state requirements. The serviceability criteria fulfilled include deflection under dead, live, and service loads, as well as stress checks during both construction and operational stages. The vibration behaviour requirement is also satisfied when the deflection of the road bridge complies with the specified limits. The ultimate limit state criteria are met in terms of flexural, shear, and torsional capacity. The design results show material efficiency improvements of 18,86% in concrete volume and 1,43% in strand area compared to the existing design.
