Penggunaan Tepung Silase Larva Hermetia illucens sebagai Pensubstitusi Tepung Ikan dalam Formulasi Pakan Ikan Patin (Pangasius sp.) Fase Pendederan II

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan tepung ikan dan tepung silase larva Hermetia illucens dalam pakan terhadap laju sintasan dan pertumbuhan ikan patin (Pangasius sp.) fase pendederan II. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Juli 2024 sampai dengan Maret 2025. Perlakuan pakan yaitu P0 (penggunaan pakan komersial), P1 (penggunaan 20% tepung silase larva Hermetia illucens : 80% tepung ikan), P2 (penggunaan 25% tepung silase larva Hermetia illucens : 75% tepung ikan), P3 (penggunaan 30% tepung silase larva Hermetia illucens : 70% tepung ikan) dengan masing-masing tiga ulangan. Ikan patin yang digunakan berukuran 7-8 cm dengan padat tebar 15 ekor/akuarium ukuran 60×30×40 cm dan dipelihara selama 45 hari. Pemberian pakan dilakukan sebanyak dua kali sehari (pagi dan sore) sebesar 5?rdasarkan persentase biomassa. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas kemudian lanjut uji parametrik dan non-parametrik dengan tingkat signifikansi 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pakan tidak ada beda nyata pada parameter sintasan, FCR dan PER terhadap P0 (kontrol). Sementara itu, perlakuan P1 beda nyata terhadap P0 (kontrol) parameter berat mutlak sebesar (0,96 ± 0,47). Perlakuan P2 beda nyata terhadap P0 (kontrol) serta menjadi perlakuan terbaik pada parameter laju pertumbuhan spesifik berat sebesar (0,47 ± 0,41).  

This study aimed to determine the effect of the use of fish meal and silage meal of Hermetia illucens larvae in feed on the survival rate and growth of patin (Pangasius sp.) in the nursery phase II. The experiment was conducted from July 2024 to March 2025. The treatments given were P0 (commercial feed), P1 (use of 20% silage meal of Hermetia illucens larvae: 80% fish meal), P2 (use of 25% silage meal of Hermetia illucens larvae: 75% fish meal), P3 (use of 30% silage meal of Hermetia illucens larvae: 70% fish meal) with each has triplicate sampel unit. The patin had size around 7-8 cm with a stocking density of 15 fish/aquarium measuring 60×30×40 cm and was treated for 45 days. The feed was given twice daily (morning and evening) with 5% of the biomass percentage daily. Data was treated statistically by normality test, followed by parametric and non-parametric tests with a significance level 95%. The result showed that there was no significant difference in the survival rate, FCR, and PER between the feed and P0 (control). Meanwhile, treatment P1 was significantly different from P0 (control) in terms of absolute weight parameters of (0.96 ± 0.47). Treatment P2 was significantly different from P0 (control) and was the best treatment in terms of specific weight growth rate parameters of (0.47 ± 0.41).
