Kajian pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan Puskesman Muntilan I dan Puskesman Muntilan II di kecamatan Muntilan kabupaten Magelang

Di dalam proses pembangunan yang berkelanjutan, diperlukan beberapa faktor untuk mendorong serta membantu memperlancar proses tersebut. Diantaranya adalah dengan mengantisipasi serta mengatasi masalah yang mungkin muncul sebagai sebab dan akibat dari proses pembangunan. Salah satu faktor pendukung kelancaran proses pembangunan adalah kesehatan masyarakat. Apabila kesehatan masyarakat baik maka proses pembangunan akan berjalan dengan baik pula. Oleh karena itu diperlukan peningkatan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat. Dengan jalan mendekatkan, meratakan serta meluaskan cakupan pelayanan kesehatan sampai dengan tingkat paling bawah. Usaha yang dapat dilakukan antara lain adalah meningkatkan jumlah puskesmas, puskesmas pembantu, puskesmas keliling, tenaga medis serta peran serta aktif dari masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi pelayanan kesehatan yang dimiliki puskesmas. Tujuan lain adalah untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan jenis pelayanan yang ada di puskesmas. Dan yang terakhir adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pemanfaatan fasilitas kesehatan puskesmas. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut diteliti dua puskesmas yang terletak di Kecamatan Muntilan Kabupaten Magelang. Kedua Puskesmas tersebut adalah Puskesmas Muntilan I dan Puskesmas Muntilan II dengan cakupan wilayah kerja terdiri dari 14 desa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survai. Pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan secara acak sederhana dari pengunjung puskesmas. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis statitistik uji beda t-test untuk mengetahui perbedaan potensi pelayanan antar puskesmas. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan jenis pelayanan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pemanfaatan fasilitas kesehatan puskesmas digunakan analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi. Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa tingkat potensi pelayanan Puskesmas Muntilan I lebih tinggi yang menyebabkan tingkat pemanfaatannya lebih banyak dibandingkan Puskesmas Muntilan II. Faktor yang mempengaruhi besarnya tingkat pemanfaatan tersebut adalah kondisi sosial ekonomi rumah tangga diantaranya usia, tingkat pendidikan serta tingkat pendapatan kepala rumah tangga. Ketersediaan sarana transportasi, jarak menuju puskesmas serta kendaraan yang digunakan menuju puskesmas sebagai variabel aksesibilitas, juga merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi responden untuk menjangkau pusat pelayanan tersebut.

In a sustainable development process, some factors are needed to urge and to help quickening that process by anticipating and solving the upcoming problems as consequences of causes and effects in development process. One supportive factor to quicken the process is that of public health; if it is good, then the process will be in advance. For that reason, the quality enhancement of the so called public health is absolutely needed by approaching, distributing and widening the scope of health service to touch the lowest level of society. Some efforts can be done like: adding the number of the existed Puskesmas (Public Health Center), additional Puskesmas, Moving Puskesmas, medical experts and, of course, the active participation of the public. The aims of this research are to identify the potential level of health service in a Puskesmas used by public, to find out the key factors affecting people in choosing the kinds of service in a Puskesmas, and to determine some other factors affecting the level of use of a Puskesmas health facility. To come to those aims, two Puskesmas in Muntilan district in Magelang regency are used as the objects of the research. Those are Puskesmas Muntilan I and Puskesmas Muntilan II, which have 14 villages under their authorities. The method used in this research is method of survey. Respondents, who are chosen and defined as analytical unit whose conformity and number have been compatible with the initial purpose of the research, are randomly chosen from the Puskesmas visitors. In addition, the analytical method used in this study is method of t-test statistical analysis to identify the difference of service between those two Puskesmas. To precisely find out the factors affecting the people's preference on kinds of service and factors affecting level of use of a Puskesmas health facility, correlation and regression analyses are used. The level of service in Puskesmas Muntilan I is higher than those in Puskesmas Muntilan II, therefore it causes the level of use in the first Puskesmas is more than in the later, can be drawn from the analyses. The determinant factor affecting the degree of level of use is socioeconomic conditions, like: age, educational background, and their daily incomes. The variables of accessibility, like the availability of means of transportation, distance, and vehicles used to reach the Puskesmas, are also factors affecting the respondents.
