Sistem informasi bursa kerja DisnakerTrans menggunakan SMS

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang rancang bangun Sistem Informasi Bursa Kerja DisnakerTrans menggunakan SMS. Tujuan penelitian adalah memberikan satu fasilitas layanan informasi tentang bursa kerja dari DisnakerTrans yang dapat diakses masyarakat melalui SMS, dimana saja dan kapan saja, sejauh hand phone yang digunakan masih mampu menjangkaunya. Luaran sistem berupa informasi lowongan kerja baik untuk dalam negeri maupun luar negeri melalui PJTKI yang sudah terdaftar di DianakerTrans kabupaten kota DIY. Implementasi sistem informasi menggunakan Mocrosoft Word 98 untuk sistem Operasi, Delphi 5.0 untuk bahasa pemrograman, Microsoft Accses 2000 untuk DBMS dan SMS Gateway versi 11.4.sa,q. evaluation copy untuk menghubungkan PC dengan Mobile Terminal. Hasil analisis sistem menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi mampu menerima Keyword yang dikirim melalui SMS dari ponsel pengguna, memprosesnya, melakukan queri pada basis data selanjutnya mengirimkan SMS balasan ke HP pengguna yang berisi informasi dari DisnakerTrans sesuai yang diminta oleh pengguna.

An information system of job exchange using SMS in DisnakerTrans has been designed, constructed, and investigated. The aim of the investigation is to provide an information service system of job exchange in DisnakerTrans which can be accessible by SMS whenever and wherever the user’s handphone is still in the range of a mobile phone system. The output of the made information service system is in the form of the job exange information covering in the state and foreigm country from lagally registered PJTKI in DisnakerTrans of DIY city. The implementation of this information system uses Windows’ 98 for operating system, Delphi 5.0 for word programming, Microsft Access 2000 for DBMS, and SMS Gateway version 11.4 s.a.q, evaluation copy for connecting PC to mobile terminal. The analysis result of the made information system shows that it can accept keyword using SMS from a user to be processed, then doing query in the data base, after that sending the SMS reply of the information from DisnakerTrans corresponding to the user’s needs.
