Analisis Konsumsi Energi sebagai Indikator Optimized Efficiency Building Energy Performance dalam Greenship Existing Building di Head Office PT United Tractors

Gedung perkantoran berskala besar memiliki konsumsi energi listrik yang tinggi, sehingga memerlukan pengendalian berkelanjutan untuk menjaga efisiensi energi secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi konsumsi energi listrik, menilai performa Optimized Efficiency Building Energy Performance (ECC1), serta menghitung Intensitas Konsumsi Energi (IKE) listrik pada Gedung Head Office PT United Tractors, yang telah meraih sertifikasi Greenship Existing Building platinum dari Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI). Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur, pengambilan data daya listrik, pemodelan data IKE, dan pendekatan kuantitatif komparatif untuk menilai kestabilan konsumsi energi serta kinerja ECC1. Analisis statistik menunjukkan nilai signifikansi di atas 0,05 dengan Cohen’s d 0,5, menandakan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan antarperiode pengamatan, sehingga konsumsi listrik gedung cenderung stabil dan terkendali. Penilaian Exisiting Green Building version 1.1 bagian EEC1 menunjukkan bahwa gedung memperoleh nilai maksimum yaitu 16, termasuk penilaian tambahan dari penurunan IKE antarperiode, yang mencerminkan kinerja energi yang optimal dan berkelanjutan. Hasil ini merepresentasikan Gedung Head Office PT United Tractors telah sesuai dengan standar Greenship Existing Building platinum.

Large-scale office buildings have high electrical energy consumption, so they require continuous control to maintain optimal energy efficiency. This study aims to identify electrical energy consumption, assess the performance of Optimized Efficiency Building Energy Performance, and calculate the intensity of electrical energy consumption in the Head Office Building of PT United Tractors, which has achieved platinum Greenship Existing Building certification from the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI). The research methods used include literature studies, electrical power data collection, energy consumption intensity data modeling, and comparative quantitative approaches to assess energy consumption stability and Optimized Efficiency Building Energy Performance. Statistical analysis showed a significance value above 0.05 with Cohen’s d 0.5, indicating that there was no significant difference between observation periods, so that the building’s electricity consumption tended to be stable and controlled. The Exisiting Green Building version 1.1 assessment of the Optimized Efficiency Building Energy Performance section shows that the building obtained a maximum value of 16, including an additional assessment of the decrease in energy consumption intensity between periods, which reflects optimal and sustainable energy performance. This result represents that the Head Office Building of PT United Tractors is in accordance with the platinum Greenship Existing Building standard.
