Peran Dimensi-Dimensi Job Flourishing terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Pada Karyawan Generasi Z

Melalui perspektif Social Exchange Theory, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dimensi-dimensi job flourishing berupa emotional wellbeing, psychological wellbeing, dan social wellbeing terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan Generasi Z. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini merupakan individu berusia 18-28 tahun yang sedang bekerja sebagai karyawan di perusahaan saat ini selama minimal 6 bulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Flourishing at Work Scale untuk mengukur masing-masing dimensi job flourishing dan Organizational Commitment Questionnaire untuk mengukur komitmen organisasi. Temuan dari penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana emotional wellbeing, psychological wellbeing, dan social wellbeing berperan sebagai faktor komitmen organisasi yang dimiliki karyawan Gen Z. Keterbatasan studi ini dan arahan untuk studi selanjutnya dicantumkan dalam penelitian ini.
Through the perspective of Social Exchange Theory, this study aims to determine the role of job flourishing dimensions in the form of emotional wellbeing, psychological wellbeing, and social wellbeing on organizational commitment in Generation Z employees. Participants in this study were individuals aged 18-28 years who were currently working as employees in the current company for at least 6 months. This study used a quantitative design with a survey method and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The measuring instruments used in this study were the Flourishing at Work Scale to measure each dimension of job flourishing and the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire to measure organizational commitment. The findings of this study highlight how emotional wellbeing, psychological wellbeing, and social wellbeing play a role as factors in organizational commitment in Gen Z employees. The limitations of this study and directions for further studies are listed in this study.
