Estimasi Produktivitas Tembakau Menggunakan Citra Sentinel-2A Tahun 2024 (Studi Kasus Sebagian Wilayah Kabupaten Temanggung)

Kabupaten Temanggung merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil tembakau terbaik di Jawa Tengah. Berdasarkan data BPS tahun 2023, komoditas utama Kabupaten Temanggung pada sektor perkebunan adalah tembakau sebesar 9.685,73 ton. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa produksi tembakau memiliki peranan penting dalam perekonomian Kabupaten Temanggung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan klasifikasi kelas-kelas tutupan lahan beserta luas area dan uji akurasi dari hasil klasifikasi, serta memperoleh nilai estimasi produktivitas tembakau pada tahun 2024 menggunakan citra Sentinel-2A. 

Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan citra Sentinel 2A pada tahun 2024. Data ini digunakan pada proses klasifikasi tutupan lahan yang mencakup menjadi lima kelas, yaitu tembakau, nontembakau, hutan, pemukiman, dan tanah dengan menggunakan metode Supervised Random Forest. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perhitungan luas area dan transformasi indeks vegetasi pada area hasil klasifikasi kelas tembakau. Hasil tersebut dilakukan analisis korelasi untuk diperoleh variabel yang memiliki korelasi yang kuat dengan hasil produksi di lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi tersebut, dilakukan analisis regresi untuk memperoleh estimasi produktivitas tembakau.

Hasil klasifikasi tutupan lahan dengan luas terbesar berada di kelas tembakau, yaitu sebesar 12.027,051 hektar. Berdasarkan uji korelasi, indeks vegetasi NDVI, SAVI, dan EVI belum mampu merepresentasikan hasil produksi di lapangan. Di sisi lain, hasil korelasi antara luas area dengan hasil produksi tembakau menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang sedang. Hasil uji klasifikasi tutupan lahan menunjukkan nilai overall accuracy sebesar 88,41?n koefisien kappa sebesar 0,8307. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil klasifikasi tutupan lahan sudah baik. Estimasi produktivitas tembakau di sebagian wilayah Kabupaten Temanggung memiliki rata-rata 1,731 dengan kecamatan Ngadirejo memiliki nilai produktivitas tertinggi dan kecamatan Selompampang memiliki nilai produktivitas terendah. 

Temanggung Regency is one of the best tobacco producing areas in Central Java. Based on BPS data in 2023, the main commodity of Temanggung Regency in the plantation sector is tobacco amounting to 9,685.73 tons. This shows that tobacco production has an important role in the economy of Temanggung Regency. This research aims to classify land cover classes along with the area and test the accuracy of the classification results, as well as obtain the estimated value of tobacco productivity in 2024 using Sentinel-2A imagery. 

The data used in this study is Sentinel 2A imagery in 2024. This data is used in the land cover classification process which includes five classes, namely tobacco, non-tobacco, forest, settlement, and land using the Supervised Random Forest method. Furthermore, the calculation of area and transformation of vegetation index in the area of tobacco class classification results were conducted. The results were subjected to correlation analysis to obtain variables that have a strong correlation with production results in the field. Based on the results of the correlation analysis, regression analysis was conducted to obtain an estimation of tobacco productivity.

The results of land cover classification with the largest area are in the tobacco class, which amounted to 12,027.051 hectares. Based on the correlation test, the NDVI, SAVI, and EVI vegetation indices have not been able to represent the production results in the field. On the other hand, the correlation between area and tobacco production showed a moderate correlation. The results of the land cover classification test showed an overall accuracy value of 88.41% and a kappa coefficient of 0.8307. This value indicates that the land cover classification results are good. Estimated tobacco productivity in some areas of Temanggung Regency has an average of 1.731 with Ngadirejo sub-district having the highest productivity value and Selompampang sub-district having the lowest productivity value.
