Penggunaan ANFIS (Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System) sebagai sistem pengenalan kata

Pada penelitian yang telah dilakukan bertujuan untuk mendukung sistem yang mampu mengenali spektrum frekuensi ucapan kata dari seseorang dalam bahasa Indonesia yang diimplementasikan pada presensi. Ucapan kata yang akan dikenali berupa kata; “masuk” dan “keluar” karena berkaitan dengan sistem presensi. Sedangkan sampel dari penutur diambil dari pria dewasa dan wanita dewasa. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengenalan ucapan kata ini adalah dengan sistem ANFIS yang berdasarkan pada runtun waktu. Ucapan kata pada dasarnya dapat dikenali polanya setelah dilakukan ekstraksi ciri. Sedangkan sistem ANFIS akan mampu mengenali pola-pola masukan yang mirip dengan pola-pola yang telah diberikan pada saat pelatihan. Selanjutnya hasil pelatihan ini akan diuji kata yang sama, baik dari data pelatihan maupun dari luar data pelatihan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan pengujian ANFIS dapat diketahui galat (error) terkecil untuk menentukan batas persentase toleransi digunakan sebagai parameter pengenalan. Hasil ujicoba pengenalan kata yang dilakukan dapat membedakan spektrum frekuesi ucapan kata seseorang dengan galat toleransi 0,04 sampai 0,02.

This research is aimed at supporting a system which is capable of recognizing the spectrum frequency of word utterance from Indonesian speakers. One of the promising application of such a system is for automatic checking-in and checking-out system. The spoken to recognize are: “masuk” and “keluar”. Training sample were taken from by a adult man and adult women. Method used for recognizing of these words uttered is the ANFIS (Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System) trained whit time series input data. The patterns of speech will be recognized after the feature extraction and classification are conducted. The ANFIS will be able to recognize input patterns which have similarity with those given in the training process. The result of this training will be tested by presenting the system with same words included in and excluded from the training patterns. Its result indicates that pursuant to knowable examination ANFIS of error (smallest error) to delimitate the tolerance percentage. The results of the test provide the smallest error to delimitate the tolerance percentage, which will be used as a recognition parameter. Final test using the tolerance percentage as the delimitingameter recognzing the speaker and his/her uttered word shows that the system can differentiate thespectrum frequency of uttered words of different speaker (person)whit 0,04 – 0,02 error tolerance.
