Pembuatan atlas ekonomi secara elektronik kabupaten Gunungkidul propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

Ketersediaan data, baik yang berupa data sebaran spasial (peta) maupun data non spasial sangat diperlukan untuk menunjang perencanaan pembangunan dan pengembangan suatu daerah. Berbagai informasi fisik dan sosial ekonomi daerah yang bersangkutan, terlebih informasi yang bersifat dinamis memerlukan sebuah sistem untuk pengumpulan, penyimpanan, penyajian dan pengelolaan. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang mampu menghasilkan produk yang dapat memenuhi tuntutan tersebut. Salah satu produk dari system informasi tersebut adalah atlas elektronik ekonomi untuk Kabupaten Gunungkidul yang mengelola informasi kegiatan ekonomi wilayah Gunungkidul yang terdiri atas pertanian, peternakan, perikanan, pertambangan, serta kehutanan sebagai sumber informasi untuk melakukan perencanaan pengembangan daerah. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penulis membuat penelitian dengan tujuan yaitu: 1. Membuat atlas elektronik ekonomi wilayah Kabupaten Gunungkidul. 2. Mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan serta manfaat dari atlas elektronik ekonomi yang dibuat. Penelitian ini dilakukan diseluruh wilayah Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kompilasi data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BPS, Bappeda, dan dari Dinas yang bersangkutan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan berbagai perangkat lunak berbasis web dan SIG. Untuk menghasilkan atlas elektronik yang interaktif dan komunikatif dilakukan disain dan konstruksi peta, disain dan konstruksi atlas. Uji program atlas elektronik dilakukan untuk melihat keselarasan tampilan dan efektifitas penyajian peta cecara kronologis. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa atlas elektronik dengan tampilan menu dan button sebagai penghubung interaksi user dengan sistem informasi delam bahasa Indonesia. Fasilitas pendukung lainnya adalah visualisasi obyek-obyek tertentu di lapangan beserta deskripsinya, yang dapat diakses secara otomatis peda peta-peta yang disajikan di dalam atlas tersebut. Keuntungan lain dari atlas elektronik ini adalah disediakannya fasilitas update data untuk mempermudah melakukan pembaharuan data sehingga informasi yang disajikan lebih akurat. Namun demikian, atlas elektronik yang sudah dibuat ini masih terbatas dalam pemakaiannya yaitu hanya dapat dioperasikan pada komputer yang dilengkapi program Dreamweaver Mx sehingga perlu dikembangkan lagi menjadi atlas elektronik yang lebih menarik dan interaktif yang dapat dioperasikan pada setiap komputer tanpa harus memiliki program-program khusus tersebut.

The data availability, either the spatial (map) or the non spatial one were needed to support a regional development planning. All sorts of physical and socio-economical information to the region that may concern, especially the dynamic one needed a system for collecting, storing, presentation and processing. In order of that we need an information system that could produce a product which could fulfill the demands. One of its product is electronic atlas of economic for Gunungkidul region that process the information of economic activities of Gunungkidul region which consisted of farms, lifestock, fishery, mining and also forestry as the information resources to bring about the regional development planning. Based on the issue the writer make research which purposes: 1. To make electronic economic atlas of Gunungkidul region 2. To know the adventages and disadvantages and also the benefit from the electronic economic atlas that made The research is held on the entire of Gunungkidul district region. Data that used on this research is the compilation of the secondary data which we collect from BPS, Bappeda and the from the other department which related. The data are analized with several software web based and GIS. To produce the interactive and communicative electronic atlas we do the design and map construction and also design and atlas contruction. The programme test of the electronic atlas is done to see the harmony of visualization and the efectivity of the map visualization as in order. The final result of this study is in the form of electronic atlas with appearance of menu and buttons as the connection of user's interaction with the information system in Indonesian language. Other supporting facilities are the visualization of particular objects in the fields along with their descriptions that could be automatically accessed in the maps that already set on the atlas. The other benefits of this electronic atlas is the availability of data updating facilities to facilitate the data regeneration so the information could be presented more accurate. Nevertheless, this electronic atlas still limited in the usage it could only be used or operated on the computer that facilitated with Dreamweaver ?? program so that it need to be developed again to become the more interesting and interactive electronic atlas that could be operated in every computer without any that particular program.
