The intention of this research is to know forms abuse of insurance claim; possibility involving of related parties (police, judge, public attorney, and lawyers) to agree claim which not true and see incidence of code of law specially bankruptcy law can growing weakly of insurance company to claim demand. This research represent research of law of normative. In this research is used by materials in the form of law and regulation, literature, expert opinion and case study. Used of the la w materials expected can answer some matters or problems which wish to be searched from this research. From research which is to be obtained by result of that basically in practice is oftentimes met by various form abuse of insurance claim. The forms happened by that all the time the insured will cheat and new the insured cheat after there is claim. In this case event happened in advance newly later; then claim to be conducted or markup of claim (deceptive is amount of claim). In practice abuse of claim also earn happened caused by role of related parties like police, judge, lawyer and attorney. Besides existence of code or law like bankruptcy law can growing weakly of insurance company to claim demand. This matter is caused by to the number of gap in code or law.
