Integrasi VBA Excel dengan OAPI SAP2000 untuk Analisis Struktur Jembatan Beton Bertulang Bentang Pendek Tipe T-Beam (10 s/d 30 m) dan Box Underpass (? 10 m)

Jembatan bentang pendek seperti jembatan beton bertulang tipe T (T-beam) dan box underpass banyak digunakan untuk mendukung konektivitas transportasi, khususnya untuk jembatan daerah, jalan nasional dan persimpangan dengan jalan lokal pada jalan tol. Namun, proses analisis struktur secara manual umumnya membutuhkan waktu lama dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem otomatisasi analisis struktur jembatan beton bertulang tipe T dan box underpass dengan mengintegrasikan Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) Excel dan SAP2000 Open Application Programming Interface (OAPI).
Program yang dikembangkan mampu mengotomatisasi input parameter desain, pemodelan struktur, pembebanan sesuai SNI 1725:2016, analisis otomatis di SAP2000, serta perhitungan kapasitas struktur berdasarkan SE Bina Marga No. 06/SE/Db/2021 dan AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications 9th Edition (2020). Metode penelitian meliputi pembuatan modul VBA untuk otomatisasi pemodelan dan analisis struktur, diikuti validasi terhadap perhitungan manual.
Validasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil program terhadap perhitungan manual dan metode konvensional SAP2000. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa pada program CEMAPP-TBeam, deviasi maksimum yang terjadi adalah sebesar 3,99%. Sementara itu, pada validasi program CEMAPP-BUP, deviasi terbesar yaitu 6,62% yang terjadi pada parameter geser ultimit akibat beban terfaktor yang diakibatkan perbedaan metode dalam pembebanan. Seluruh deviasi masih berada dalam batas toleransi 10% sehingga akurasi sistem dapat diterima. Selain itu, sistem mampu mengurangi waktu analisis secara signifikan sekaligus meminimalisir kesalahan input pengguna. Sistem ini terbukti efektif untuk perencanaan awal jembatan bentang pendek serta berpotensi menjadi alat bantu pembelajaran di bidang teknik sipil.
Short-span bridges, such as reinforced concrete T-beam bridges and box underpasses, are widely used to support transportation connectivity, particularly for regional roads, national highways, and intersections with local roads on tollways. However, manual structural analysis is generally time-consuming and prone to errors. This study aims to develop an automated structural analysis system for reinforced concrete T-beam and box underpass bridges by integrating Microsoft Excel’s Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) with the SAP2000 Open Application Programming Interface (OAPI).
The developed program can automate the input of design parameters, structural modeling, load application according to SNI 1725:2016, automatic analysis in SAP2000, and structural capacity calculations based on SE Bina Marga No. 06/SE/Db/2021 and the AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications, 9th Edition (2020). The research method includes the development of VBA modules for automated modeling and structural analysis, followed by validation against manual calculations.
Validation was carried out by comparing the program’s results with manual calculations and conventional SAP2000 analysis. The validation results show that, for the CEMAPP-TBeam program, the maximum deviation observed is 3.99%. Meanwhile, for the CEMAPP-BUP program, the largest deviation, 6,62%, occurs in the ultimate shear parameter under factored loads, which is attributed to differences in load application methods. All deviations remain within the 10% tolerance limit, indicating that the system’s accuracy is acceptable. Furthermore, the system significantly reduces analysis time and minimizes user input errors. This integrated system is proven to be effective for preliminary planning of short-span bridges and has the potential to serve as a learning tool in civil engineering.
