Prediksi Tingkat Kebisingan Lingkungan dan Fasad Gedung Onkologi dan Kardio Rumah Sakit Akademik Universitas Gadjah Mada Menggunakan Perangkat Lunak SoundPlan

Pertumbuhan
lalu lintas di kawasan perkotaan memicu peningkatan tingkat kebisingan yang
berdampak signifikan terhadap lingkungan, khususnya pada area sensitif seperti
rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi distribusi kebisingan
lalu lintas di sekitar Gedung Oncology & Cardio Rumah Sakit
Akademik Universitas Gadjah Mada (RSA UGM) serta mengevaluasi kesesuaiannya
terhadap baku mutu kebisingan berdasarkan Pergub DIY No. 40 Tahun 2017.
Pemodelan
dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SoundPlan dengan pendekatan model
prediksi RLS-90. Pemodelan dilakukan dengan memasukan data jumlah kendaraan,
kecepatan kendaraan, serta tipe permukaan jalan. Data lalu lintas dikumpulkan
dari empat ruas jalan utama di sekitar lokasi studi, yaitu Jalan Ring Road
Utara, Jalan Kabupaten, Jalan Lingkungan, dan Jl Lingkungan RSA. Dilakukan
pemetaan kebisingan dalam bentuk grid map dan facade noise map.

& Cardio RSA UGM menunjukkan bahwa nilai <!--[if gte msEquation 12]>
The growth of urban traffic contributes for
increasing in noise levels, which significantly affects the environment,
particularly in sensitive areas such as hospitals. This study aims to predict
the distribution of traffic noise around the Oncology & Cardio Building of
the Academic Hospital of Universitas Gadjah Mada (RSA UGM) and evaluate its
compliance with the noise quality standards based on Yogyakarta Governor
Regulation No. 40 of 2017.
The modeling was conducted using SoundPlan
software with the RLS-90 noise prediction model approach. The simulation
incorporated data on vehicle volume, vehicle speed, and road surface types.
Traffic data were collected from four main roads surrounding the study area:
Ring Road Utara, Jalan Kabupaten, Jalan Lingkungan, and the RSA internal road.
Noise mapping was carried out in the form of a grid map and facade noise map.
The noise level reaching the Oncology &
Cardio Building was found to range between ±49–81 dB(A) during the day and
±47–75 dB(A) at night. The simulation results indicate that Ring Road Utara is
the dominant noise source, with daytime and nighttime LAeq values of 73 dB(A)
and 72 dB(A), respectively. Facades facing directly toward Ring Road Utara
experienced high noise exposure, ranging from ±62–69 dB(A). Mitigation was
proposed using 150 mm concrete walls and 8 mm single glass windows. The
corresponding Transmission Loss (TL) values at 1 kHz for these materials were
found to be 49 dB(A) and 35 dB(A), respectively.
