Pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap organisasi pembelajar dan kinerja karyawan

2004 | Tesis | S2 PsikologiTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap organisasi pembelajar dan kinerja karyawan. Subyek penelitian adalah karyawan perusahaan PT. GE. Lighting Indonesia di Yogyakarta. Jumlah subyek penelitian adalah 104 orang yang diambil secara random sampling dengan kriteria subjek karyawan perusahaan, berjenis kelamin laki-laki, berpendidikan minimal SMU, masa kerja lebih dari 3 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan sebagian diterima atau ada pengaruh positif yang sangat signifikan antara iklim organisasi dengan organisasi pembelajar diperoleh nilai r = 0.539; R2 = 0.290; p = 0.000, sedang sebagian lagi ditolak atau tidak ada hubungan positif (searah) yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan diperoleh r = 0.539, r-par = -0.239; R2 = 0.057; p = 0.014. Hipotesis minor : ada pengaruh faktor-faktor iklim organisasi (konformitas, tanggungjawab, standar pelaksana pekerjaan, imbalan, kejelasan keorganisasian, hubungan interpersonal dan semangat kelompok, dan kepemimpinan) terhadap organisasi pembelajar dan kinerja karyawan, sebagian ditolak dan sebagian diterima. Ada dua faktor yang diterima atau ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara yaitu faktor tanggungjawab (r-par = 0.153, p = 0.029), dan faktor standar Pelaksana Pekerjaan (r-par = 0.297, p = 0.000) dengan organisasi pembelajar. Ada dua faktor yang diterima atau ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara faktor Standar Pelaksana Pekerjaan (r-par = 0.166, p = 0.034) faktor Imbalan (r-par = 0.175, p = 0.035) dengan kinerja karyawan. faktor kepemimpinan (r-par = -0.503, p = 0.000) ditolak atau tidak ada hubungan positif (searah) yang signifikan antara faktor kepemimpinan dengan kinerja karyawan,
This study was aimed at knowing the effect of organizational climate on Learning organization and employee performance. The subjects of the study were employees of PT. GE. Lighting Indonesia in Jogjakarta. There were 104 subjects taken by using random sampling with the criterion of company employees have, Such as gender of male have, minimum education of Senior High School, length of service for at least 3 years. Result of the study stated that the hypothesis was accepted or there was very significant positive relation between organizational climate and Learning organization (r = 0.539; R2 = 0.290; p = 0.000), While some of refused or there was no significant positif relation between organizational climate with the employee performance (r = - 0.239; R2 = 0.057; p = 0.014) Minor hypothesis : there was the effect of organizational climate factors (conformity, responsibility, standard, reward, organizational clarity, warmth and support, and leadership) with learning organization and employee performance, some of refused and some of accepted. There was two factors accepted or there was significant positive relation between responsibility factor (r-par = 0.153, p = 0.029), and standard factor (r-par = 0.297, p = 0.000) with learning organization. There was two factor accepted or there was significant positive relation between Standard factor ( r-par = 0.166, p = 0.034) and Reward factor ( r-par = 0.175, p = 0.035) with the employee performance. Leadership factor ( r-par = - 0.503, p = 0.000) refused or there no significant positive relation between leadership factor with the employee performance.
