Analisis Perbedaan Capaian Produktivitas DOC Ayam Broiler Dari Indukan Tua Dan Indukan Muda Hingga Umur 28 Hari

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan capaian produktivitas DOC ayam broiler dari indukan muda dan indukan tua dari umur 1 hari hingga 28 hari. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Wuryantoro, selama 105 hari atau 3 periode masa pemeliharaan ayam broiler pada bulan Oktober 2024 hingga bulan Januari 2025. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kandang closed house dengan populasi rata-rata 33.000 ekor. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 perlakuan indukan muda dan indukan tua. Indukan muda dengan umur <32>average daily gain dan feed conversion ratio. Data indeks performans ayam broiler dihitung pada hari ke 28 pemeliharaan. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan metode independent sample T-Test menggunakan SPSS versi 27. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan pada nilai feed conversion ratio, mortalitas, dan indeks performans antara DOC dari indukan muda dan DOC dari indukan tua pada seluruh periode penelitian. This study aims to determine the differences in the productivity of broiler DOCs from young and old parent stock from day 1 to day 28. This study was conducted at PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Wuryantoro, over a period of 105 days or 3 rearing periods for broiler chickens from October 2024 to January 2025. The study was conducted in a closed-house facility with an average population of 33,000 birds. The study included two treatments: young hens and old hens. Young hens were under 32 weeks old, and old hens were 35–45 weeks old. Data were collected from chickens from young and old hens, with 320 chickens per day divided into 4 pens (80 chickens per pen, with 20 chickens sampled from each pen at 4 different points) chickens from 4 different points) until the chickens reached 28 days of age over 3 replication periods. Data were collected daily, including body weight and mortality, as well as calculations of average daily gain and feed conversion ratio. Broiler chicken performance index data was calculated on the 28th day of rearing. The data was then analyzed using the independent sample T-Test method with SPSS version 27.
