Pengaruh Penerapan E-procurement Terhadap Realisasi Belanja Modal Pemerintah: Studi Kabupaten/Kota Di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh e-procurement terhadap realisasi belanja modal: Studi Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari tahun 2007 – 2024. Realisasi belanja modal dijadikan proksi variabel dependen dengan e-procurement (dummy) sebagai variabel independen. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-procurement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap realisasi belanja modal di kabupaten/kota Provinsi Sulawesi Utara dengan variabel kontrol yang berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen, dimana PDRB, laju pertumbuhan dan dana perimbangan dan transfer keuangan ke daerah mengontrol dengan berpengaruh terhadap realisasi belanja. Untuk variabel Kontrol Populasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Realisasi belanja modal. Dengan menggunakan e-procurement akan menyebabkan pengelolaan keungan negara menjadi transparan, efektif dan efisien

This study aims to examine the impact of e-procurement on the realization of capital expenditure: A study of districts/cities in North Sulawesi Province. The analysis tool used is panel data regression with secondary data from 2007 to 2024. The realization of capital expenditure is used as a proxy for the dependent variable, with e-procurement (dummy) as the independent variable. The results of this study conclude that e-procurement significantly influences the realization of capital expenditure in districts/cities in North Sulawesi Province, with control variables also affecting the dependent variable. PDRB, economic growth rate, and the transfer of financial balance funds to the regions act as control variables with a significant impact on the realization of expenditure. The population control variable does not have a significant effect on the realization of capital expenditure. The use of e-procurement results in a more transparent, effective, and efficient management of government finances.
