Pengembangan Fungsi Pembuatan Surat Pengantar Dokumen Kontrak Pada Sistem Informasi Manajemen Proyek LKFT

Capstone project ini bertujuan untuk melengkapi dan memperbaiki kekurangan fitur dari sistem informasi berbasis web yang telah dikembangkan oleh saudara Baskoro Adi Wicaksono, Muhammad Zulfa D dan Aszanil Aflah T untuk Pusat Kajian Lembaga Kerjasama Fakultas Teknik (LKFT) pada tahun 2020. Lembaga Kerjasama Fakultas Teknik merupakan sebuah lembaga pada Universitas Gadjah Mada yang bertugas untuk melakukan pengelolaan proyek kerja sama seperti rekapitulasi data proyek kerja sama, pemantauan terkait perkembangan proyek kerja sama dan melakukan penagihan terkait dana proyek kerja sama.

Fitur yang akan dilengkapi dalam Capstone Project ini adalah fitur pembuatan surat pengantar dokumen kontrak. Pengembangan fitur dalam sistem informasi manajemen LKFT ini akan menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle model Waterfall. Metode ini digunakan untuk memudahkan dalam mengembangkan dan menganalisis kebutuhan dari pengguna. Fitur berfungsi untuk memudahkan user dari Pusat Kajian LKFT dalam membuat dan surat pengantar dokumen kontrak. Dalam pengembangan sistem ini, penulis menggunakan Vue.js sebagai framework pada bagian front-end, CodeIgniter sebagai framework di bagian back-end, dan MySQL digunakan sebagai basis data.

    Hasil dari pengembangan capstone project ini akan dilakukan 2 jenis pengujian yaitu, black box testing dan User Acceptance Testing. Pada black box testing dilakukan sebanyak 14 butir pengujian dan didapatkan bahwa hasil capstone project ini sudah sesuai luaran yang diharapkan. Hasil dari user acceptance testing didapatkan skor sebesar 85.43% yang termaksud dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”.

This capstone project aims to enhance and address the shortcomings of the web-based information system previously developed by Baskoro Adi Wicaksono, Muhammad Zulfa D, and Aszanil Aflah T for the Center for Collaborative Studies of the Faculty of Engineering (LKFT) in 2020. The Center for Collaborative Studies of the Faculty of Engineering is an institution within Universitas Gadjah Mada responsible for managing partnership projects, including data recapitulation, project progress monitoring, and financial invoicing related to collaborative initiatives.

The feature to be added in this capstone project is the generation of cover letters for contract documents. The development of this feature within the LKFT management information system follows the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall model. This methodology is adopted to facilitate the systematic analysis and development of user requirements. The newly implemented feature is designed to assist users at LKFT in creating cover letters for contract documents more efficiently. The system is developed using Vue.js as the front-end framework, CodeIgniter as the back-end framework, and MySQL as the database system.

The final product of this capstone project is evaluated through two types of testing: Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). A total of 14 test cases were conducted in the black box testing phase, all of which met the expected outcomes. Meanwhile, the User Acceptance Testing resulted in a score of 85.43%, which falls under the "Highly Feasible" category.
