Perkembangan teknologi mendorong munculnya STARA (Smart Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Algorithms) yang berpotensi menimbulkan rasa tidak aman dalam bekerja (job insecurity), terutama di kalangan karyawan muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara STARA awareness dan job insecurity, serta menguji peran moderasi self-perceived employability pada karyawan tetap Generasi Z di sektor keuangan. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 106 orang dengan usia 21–27 tahun dan pengalaman kerja minimal satu tahun. Uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan analisis moderasi melalui modul MedMod pada software Jamovi versi 2.6.44. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa STARA awareness berperan positif signifikan terhadap job insecurity, namun self-perceived employability tidak memoderasi hubungan tersebut. Meskipun demikian, self-perceived employability berperan sebagai prediktor langsung terhadap job insecurity.
Technological advancements have driven the emergence of STARA (Smart Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Algorithms), which has the potential to increase job insecurity, particularly among younger employees. This study aims to examine the relationship between STARA awareness and job insecurity, as well as to test the moderating role of self-perceived employability among permanent Generation Z employees in the financial sector. The study involved 106 participants aged 21–27 years with a minimum of one year of work experience. Hypothesis testing was conducted using moderation analysis via the MedMod module in Jamovi version 2.6.44. The results showed that STARA awareness had a significant positive effect on job insecurity, while self-perceived employability did not moderate this relationship. Nevertheless, self-perceived employability served as a direct predictor of job insecurity.
