Pengaruh job resources terhadap intention to stay yang dimediasi oleh work meaningfulness (studi pada generasi z)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh positif job resources terhadap intention to stay yang dimediasi oleh work meaningfulness. Sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan generasi Z yang sedang bekerja di suatu organisasi setidaknya dalam enam bulan terakhir sejak penelitian mulai dilakukan. Jumlah responden yang terkumpul sebanyak 251 responden. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode partial least square dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS4. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan jika work meaningfulness memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara job resources dan intention to stay. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan jika job resources berpengaruh langsung terhadap intention to stay, sehingga peran mediasi work meaningfulness sangat penting untuk menjelaskan hubungan job resources terhadap intention to stay.
This study aims to examine the positive effect of job resources on intention to stay, mediated by work meaningfulness. The sample in this study consist of Generation Z employees who have been working in an organization for at least the past six months. A total of 251 respondents were collected. The hypothesis testing was conducted using the partial least square method with the assistance of the SmartPLS4 application. The results indicate that work meaningfulness fully mediates the relationship between job resources and intention to stay. Furthermore, job resources were found to have a significant direct effect on intention to stay, highlighting the important role of work meaningfulness in strengthening this relationship.
