Parents, especially those with children under 5 years old, play a crucial role in ensuring the completeness of child immunization, including polio vaccination. However, in Aceh Province, one of the locations of the outbreak, there is limited data on parents' knowledge and attitudes towards polio vaccination. This study aimed to analyze the level of knowledge, attitude, and factors influencing parents' knowledge and attitude towards polio vaccination in Banda Aceh city. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design and convenience sampling technique. Data were collected by distributing online questionnaires to parents with children under five years old in Banda Aceh city. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. Descriptive analysis was used to describe the characteristics of respondents through the calculation of frequency, percentage, mean value, and standard deviation. Meanwhile, inferential analysis was conducted using chi-square test to evaluate the association between sociodemographic factors and parents' level of knowledge and attitude towards polio vaccination. The number of respondents in this study was 104 parents. The analysis showed that the majority of respondents had a good level of knowledge (56.7%) and showed a positive attitude (57.7%) towards polio vaccination. The chi-square test showed a significant association between age (p = 0.047), education level (p = 0.016), and income level (p = 0.030) with respondents' knowledge level. However, no significant association was found between all sociodemographic characteristics and attitude towards polio vaccination (p > 0.05). This finding indicates that sociodemographic factors play a greater role in influencing parents' knowledge level, while the formation of attitudes towards vaccination may be influenced by factors other than demographic characteristics. In addition, the analysis showed a significant relationship between parents' knowledge level and attitude towards polio vaccination (p < 0 class="Apple-converted-space"> ">   Parents, especially those with children under 5 years old, play a crucial role in ensuring the completeness of child immunization, including polio vaccination.
