Peran Efikasi Diri Konselor dan Dukungan Supervisor terhadap Resiliensi Mahasiswa Pendidikan Profesi Psikologi

Program Pendidikan Profesi Psikologi bertujuan untuk menghasilkan lulusan dengan gelar psikolog umum yang mampu memberikan layanan psikologi sesuai standar. Akan tetapi, mahasiswa pendidikan profesi psikologi seringkali menghadapi berbagai tantangan, tuntutan emosional, dan stres, sehingga resiliensi menjadi faktor penting dalam mempertahankan kesejahteraan mental individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran efikasi diri konselor dan dukungan supervisor terhadap resiliensi mahasiswa pendidikan profesi psikologi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan melibatkan 111 partisipan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui uji regresi linear berganda yang menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri konselor memberi kontribusi signifikan terhadap varians resiliensi dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,365. Selain itu, dukungan supervisor memberikan kontribusi tambahan sebesar 3,11% terhadap total varians resiliensi dalam model berganda (?R² = 0,031). Analisis mediasi juga menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri konselor secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara dukungan supervisor dan resiliensi. Secara keseluruhan, temuan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa efikasi diri konselor dan dukungan supervisor berperan positif secara simultan pada peningkatan resiliensi mahasiswa pendidikan profesi psikologi.

The Professional Psychology Education Program aims to produce graduates with the title of general psychologist who are capable of providing psychological services in accordance with established standards. However, students in the Professional Psychology Education Program often face various challenges, emotional demands, and stress, making resilience a crucial factor in maintaining individual mental well-being. This study aims to examine the role of counseling self-efficacy and supervisor support in the resilience of professional psychology education students. The research used purposive sampling, involving 111 participants. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression, which revealed that counselors' self-efficacy significantly contributed to the variance in resilience, with an R² value of 0.365. Furthermore, supervisor support contributed an additional 3.11% to the total variance in resilience within the multiple regression model (?R² = 0.031). The mediation analysis also showed that counseling self-efficacy significantly mediated the relationship between supervisor support and resilience. Overall, the findings of this study emphasize that both counselors' self-efficacy and supervisor support positively influence the enhancement of resilience in students of the Psychology Profession Education Program.
