Proyek Strategis Nasional adalah proyek infrastruktur pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, kesejahteraan sosial, pemerataan, dan pembangunan daerah secara strategis. Untuk mendukung kelancaran pelaksanaan proyek-proyek ini, Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) mendapatkan manfaat dari percepatan waktu penyediaan lahan dan pembangunan, serta jaminan keamanan politik. Meskipun demikian, pelaksanaan proyek-proyek PSN menghadapi tantangan yang signifikan, terutama terkait keberlanjutan finansial, penurunan kinerja saham, masalah tata kelola, dan korupsi. Selama periode 2016 hingga 2019, 92 proyek PSN telah diselesaikan dengan nilai investasi sebesar Rp 467,4 triliun. Meskipun demikian, banyak BUMN yang terlibat dalam PSN mengalami arus kas negatif, terutama akibat tingginya biaya pembangunan infrastruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak di sektor konstruksi untuk Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) periode 2013 hingga 2023, dengan fokus pada perusahaan-perusahaan seperti PT Wijaya Karya (WIKA), PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PP), PT Adhi Karya (ADHI), dan PT Waskita Karya (WSKT).

National Strategic Projects (NSP) are government infrastructure projects meant to strategically increase economic growth, social welfare, equity and regional development. To facilitate the smooth implementation of these projects, NSPs benefit from accelerated land provision times and development, and guaranteed political security. Despite these advantages, the execution of NSP projects has faced significant challenges, particularly with regard to financial sustainability, declining stock performance, governance issues, and corruption. Between 2016 and 2019, 92 projects were completed, with an investment value of Rp 467.4 trillion. Despite these achievements, many SOEs involved in NSPs have struggled with negative cash flows, primarily due to the high costs of infrastructure development. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) involved in the construction sector for National Strategic Projects from 2013 to 2023, focusing on companies such as PT Wijaya Karya (WIKA), PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PP), PT Adhi Karya (ADHI), and PT Waskita Karya (WSKT).
