This study aims to analyze the factors
influencing the distribution of the People's Business Credit (KUR) financing
program in the districts and municipalities of the Special Region of Yogyakarta
Province. The data used are secondary data, consisting of banking geographic
penetration rates, per capita income, inflation rates, and KUR interest rates.
The unit of analysis includes five districts/municipalities in the Special
Region of Yogyakarta over a 10-year period (2015–2024). The method employed is
logistic regression, which is used to examine the effect of several variables,
namely banking geographic penetration, per capita income, inflation, and KUR
interest rates on the distribution of KUR. The results show that banking
geographic penetration has a significant positive effect, while per capita
income has a significant negative effect on KUR distribution. Meanwhile,
inflation and interest rate variables are found to have no significant effect
on the distribution of KUR across the districts and municipalities in the
Special Region of Yogyakarta.
