STUDI DESORPSI MAKRONUTRIEN P, MIKRONUTRIEN Cl?, DAN PENGARUH LOGAM BERAT Hg DALAM HUMUS SINTETIS TERHADAP BERAS CEMPO PUTIH DAN CEMPO MERAH

Desorption study of macronutrient P, micronutrient Cl?, and heavy metal Hg effect in synthetic humus against white cempo and red cempo rice was carried out by comparing P, Cl?, and Hg content of white cempo and red cempo rice with the rice found in the market. Characterization was carried out with EDX and XRF instruments. Analysis was carried out with UV-Vis spectrophotometer instrument for determination of macronutrient P content, titration method for determination of micronutrient Cl? content, and Hg Analyzer instrument for determination of heavy metal Hg content in synthetic humus and rice. The kinetics of macronutrient P and micronutrient Cl? desorption from synthetic humus was determined at the optimum pH of dissolution and contact time of synthetic humus in optimum pH.
Results of the research showed that macronutrients P and micronutrient Cl? contained in synthetic humus can increase macronutrients P and micronutrient Cl? content in white cempo and red cempo rice. White cempo and red cempo rice fortified with synthetic humus can be used as anti-stunting. Based on this study, it has been found that the desorption of macronutrient P and micronutrient Cl? occurs optimally at pH 7 or neutral. The kinetics desorption of macronutrient P and micronutrient Cl? from synthetic humus follows a pseudo second-order kinetics model.
