Pengaruh Aplikasi Topikal Krim Sodermix® Terhadap Gambaran Histopatologis Luka Eksisi pada Mencit Galur BALB/C

Luka eksisi adalah luka yang diakibatkan terpotongnya jaringan oleh goresan benda tajam dengan tepi teratur. Krim Sodermix® merupakan sediaan krim topikal yang dirancang untuk mengatasi berbagai masalah kulit seperti luka, iritasi, bekas luka, dan kondisi kulit lainnya. Kandungan utama krim Sodermix® adalah ekstrak tomat hijau dengan konsentrasi 2% yang mengandung Super Oxide Dismutase (SOD) yang telah terbukti sebagai antioksidan dan antiinflamasi yang dapat membantu mencegah pembentukan jaringan parut sehingga meningkatkan penyembuhan kulit.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh krim Sodermix® terhadap gambaran histopatologis luka eksisi pada kulit punggung mencit. Penelitian dilakukan pada 8 ekor mencit betina berumur 2 bulan dari galur Balb/c yang dibagi kedalam 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok Sodermix® sebagai kelompok perlakuan. Mencit dianestesi dan dilukai secara eksisi menggunakan punch biopsy 6 mm. Pengaplikasian krim Sodermix® dan pengukuran diameter luka dilakukan setiap hari dari hari ke-0 sampai hari ke-9. Pada hari ke-3 dan ke-9 dilakukan pengorbanan serta pengambilan sampel kulit untuk dibuat preparat histopatologis yang diwarnai Hematoksilin-Eosin. Gambaran histopatologis diamati untuk melihat perubahan jaringan kulit yang terjadi selama proses penyembuhan luka hari ke-3 dan ke-9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penurunan sel radang lebih cepat terjadi pada kelompok Sodermix® dibanding kelompok kontrol yaitu pada hari ke-3. Sedangkan di hari ke-9, terjadi pembentukan jaringan fibrous yang cukup masif dan pembentukan pembuluh darah baru pada kelompok Sodermix®. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian krim Sodermix® 2?pat mempercepat proses kesembuhan luka eksisi dengan mengurangi sel radang pada hari ke-3 dan mempercepat pembentukan pembuluh darah baru, mempercepat proliferasi fibroblast, serta proliferasi jaringan baru pada hari ke-9. 

Excision wounds are wounds caused by tissue being cut by sharp objects with regular edges. Sodermix® cream is a topical cream preparation designed to treat various skin problems such as wounds, irritation, scars, and other skin conditions. The main content of Sodermix® cream is green tomato extract with a concentration of 2%, Sodermix® cream also contains Super Oxide Dismutase (SOD) which has been proven as an antioxidant and anti inflammatory that can help prevent the formation of scar tissue, thereby improving skin healing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Sodermix® cream on the histopathological picture of excision wounds on the back skin of mice. The study was conducted on 8 female mice aged 2 months from the Balb/c strain which were divided into 2 groups, namely the control group and the Sodermix® group as the treatment group. The mice were anesthetized and injured by excision using a 6 mm punch biopsy. Application of Sodermix® cream and measurement of wound diameter were carried out every day from day 0 to day 9. On the 3rd and 9th days, sacrifices were made and skin samples were taken for histopathological preparations stained with Hematoxylin-Eosin. The histopathological pictures were observed to see changes in skin tissue that occurred during the wound healing process on the 3rd and 9th days. The results showed that on the 3rd day the decrease in inflammatory cells occurred more quickly in the Sodermix® group than in the control group, while on the 9th day, there was a fairly massive formation of fibrous tissue and the formation of new blood vessels in the Sodermix® group. It can be concluded that the administration of Sodermix® 2% cream can accelerate the healing process of excision wounds by reducing inflammatory cells on the 3rd day and accelerating the formation of new blood vessels, fibroblast proliferation, and new tissue proliferation on the 9th day.
