Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh scope creep yang disebabkan oleh faktor manusia, faktor proses dan faktor proyek terhadap kesuksesan proyek sistem informasi, serta menguji peran resiliensi manajer proyek dalam memoderasi hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei kepada responden yakni manajer proyek yang bekerja di perusahaan penyedia layanan sistem informasi di Indonesia. Data dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 26, dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas data, uji asumsi klasik serta uji hipotesis dengan analisis regresi berganda dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa scope creep faktor manusia dan proyek terbukti menghambat kesuksesan proyek, sedangkan faktor proses tidak menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan menghambat. Resiliensi manajer proyek hanya berhasil memoderasi dampak negatif scope creep faktor proyek.

This study aims to
empirically examine the impact of scope creep caused by human-related factors,
process-related factors, and project-related factors on the success of
information system projects and test the role of project manager resilience in
moderating these relationships. This study employed a quantitative research
method, surveying project managers working at information system service
provider companies in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS version 26,
testing validity and reliability, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing
through multiple regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis
(MRA).The results show that scope creep caused by human and project-related
factors significantly hinders project success, while process-related factors do
not exhibit a significant negative impact. Project manager resilience was only
effective in moderating the negative effects of project-related scope creep.
