Pengaruh Kondisi Lingkungan Belajar dan Capaian Kompetensi terhadap Kesuksesan Awal Karir Lulusan Program Sarjana di Universitas Gadjah Mada

Masa transisi awal karir merupakan periode ketika seseorang beralih peran dari mahasiswa menjadi pekerja, transisi ini dipengaruhi oleh oleh berbagai faktor kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kondisi lingkungan belajar dan kompetensi terhadap kesuksesan awal karir lulusan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif berupa penelitian berbasis alumni (alumni-based research). Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder hasil tracer study pada lulusan tahun 2019, 2020, dan 2021 program sarjana klaster Agro, Humaniora, Medika, dan Saintek Universitas Gadjah Mada. Sebanyak 47,13% responden memiliki waktu tunggu 1-6 bulan, dengan klaster yang paling cepat mendapatkan pekerjaan setelah lulus adalah klaster Medika. Persentase tertinggi untuk gaji yang didapatkan setelah lulus yaitu pada Rp2.000.001,00-Rp4.000.000,00 yaitu sebesar 26,71%. Sedangkan, klaster dengan persentase gaji paling tinggi yaitu klaster Saintek. Sebanyak 41,59% responden menyatakan puas akan pekerjaan mereka, dan klaster yang memiliki kepuasan kerja tertinggi yaitu klaster Humaniora.

The early career transition is the period when an individu switches roles from student into a worker, this transition is influenced by a variety of complex factors. This study aims to determine the effect of learning environment conditions and competencies on early career success of graduates. This research is a quantitative study in the form of alumni-based research. The data used is secondary data from the results of a tracer study on graduates in 2019, 2020, and 2021 of the Agro, Humanities, Medika, and Science and Technology cluster undergraduate programs at Universitas Gadjah Mada. A total of 47.13% of respondents had a waiting time of 1-6 months, with the fastest cluster to get a job after graduation was the Medika cluster. The highest percentage of salaries earned after graduation was between IDR 2,000,001.00 and IDR 4,000,000.00, amounting to 26.71%. Meanwhile, the cluster with the highest percentage of salary is the Science and Technology cluster. A total of 41.59% of respondents expressed satisfaction with their jobs, and the cluster with the highest job satisfaction was the Humanities cluster.
