Pengaruh kepariwisataan terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi penduduk Tanjung Benoa

Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Kepariwisataan Terhadap Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi Penduduk Tanjung Benoa". Tujuannya pertama, untuk mengetahui perubahan sosial ekonomi yang terkait dengan kepariwisataan terutama pada perubahan struktur mata pencaharian dan pendapatan masyarakat. Kedua, mengetahui perubahan kegiatan sosial budaya masyarakat akibat pengaruh kepariwisataan terutama dalam proses sosial, dan ketertiban. Ketiga, mengetahui perubahan lingkungan fisik akibat pengaruh dari pengembangan bidang kepariwisataan terutama yang berkaitan dengan orientasi penggunaan lahan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di desa adat Tanjung Benoa, Kecamatan Kuta, Kabupaten Badung, Propinsi Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survei. Analisis menggunakan tabel deskriptif kualitatif maupun kuantitatif. Sumber data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder sebagai penunjang. Pendekatan analisis yang digunakan adalah uji analisis, analisis kualitatif maupun kuantitatif, serta analisis peta. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi perubahan mata pencaharian penduduk sebagai akibat pengaruh pembangunan pariwisata di daerah Tanjung Benoa. Perubahan terutama tampak pada jenis mata pencaharian sebagai nelayan yang pindah pekerjaan menjadi jasa wisata. Selain itu terjadi peningkatan pendapatan per kapita penduduk dan rata-rata pendapatan masyarakat yang bekerja di sektor pariwisata lebih besar dari masyarakat yang berusaha di sektor non pariwisata. Ini menandakan bahwa kepariwisataan di Tanjung Benoa secara sosial ekonomi berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan kegiatan ekonomi baru. Kaitannya dengan dampak pada perubahan kegiatan sosial akibat pembangunan pariwisata di Tanjung Benoa, terutama yang menyangkut pergeseran prilaku masyarakat terlihat dari menurunnya aktivitas kerjasama, perubahan sikap terhadap tradisi lama yang tidak bermanfaat, meningkatnya sikap permisif terhadap seks diluar nikah dan tumbuh pandangan komersial. Kemudian pengaruhnya terhadap perubahan lingkungan fisik terlihat dari perkembangan pemanfaatan lahan untuk permukiman maupun penambahan fasilitas pelayanan kepariwisataan. Ini berarti bahwa pengeimbangan kawasan wisata di Tanjung Benoa mempengaruhi proses perubahan penggunaan lahan di daerah tersebut.

The title of this research is "The influence of Tourism to the Social economic inhabitant of Tanjung Benoa condition". The first purpose, to know the alteration of socio-economic that involved with tourism, especially about the alteration of means of livehood structure and societies income. The second purpose, to know the alteration of societies socio-cultural activity as the result from the tourism, particularly with the social process, and orderlines. The third purpose, to know the change of the physic enveronment as a result of the tourism sector development, especially tolerate with the field utilizing orientation. The location of this research was in Tanjung Benoa tradional village, Kuta, Badung, Bali. The research method was using survey research method. The analysis use qualitative and quantitative descriptive table. The source of data was primary data and secondary data supporting. The analysis used statistic test analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, along with map analysis. The research result indicate that was occure the alteration in the society means of livehood as the result of the society the tourism development on Tanjung Benoa region. The change especially shows from fisherman to be tour service. On the other part occur the rising per capita income societies that the societies average income which work in tourism sector is bigger than non tourism sector society. This indication showed the tourism on Tanjung Benoa'socio-economic influential concerning the development new economic activity. The impact that involved with the shifting the societies behavior as a result from tourism development in Tanjung Benoa, especially the change societies behavior that shows cooperation dischanger, the change of old tradition attitude which useless, the rising of permisive attitude toward sex before married. Than the influence toward the physic envirominent alteration shown from the field utilizing development for resident in spite of the increasing tourism service facility. It means that the development of the tourism region on Tanjung Benoa also influence the alteration process of area utilizing.
