ANALISIS MORFOMETRIK TIGA DIMENSI TULANG RADIUS DISTAL PADA STUDI KADAVER DI LABORATORIUM ANATOMI FK-KMK

Latar Belakang: Tulang radius distal berperan penting dalam biomekanika pergelangan tangan. Perbedaan morfometrik antar populasi dapat memengaruhi keberhasilan pembedahan ortopedi, terutama dalam penggunaan implan yang umumnya menggunakan data populasi Barat. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh data morfometrik tiga dimensi tulang radius distal pada kadaver di Laboratorium Anatomi FK-KMK UGM serta menganalisis perbedaan berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Metode: Ini adalah penelitian cross-sectional morfometrik pada 40 tulang radius distal kadaver di Laboratorium Anatomi FK-KMK UGM. Parameter pengukuran meliputi diameter transversal, diameter transversal proksimal, diameter anteroposterior, diameter anteroposterior proksimal, palmar tilt, inklinasi radial, permukaan artikulasi lunatum, permukaan artikulasi skafoid, permukaan artikulasi fossa ulnar, tinggi prosesus styloideus, dan sudut kortikal volar. Analisis statistik dilakukan untuk membandingkan antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Hasil: Diperoleh hasil diameter transversal (26,45 mm), diameter transversal proksimal (25,28 mm), diameter anteroposterior (18,09 mm), diameter anteroposterior proksimal (20,16 mm), palmar tilt (15,77°), inklinasi radial (21,12°) diameter anteroposterior maksimum permukaan artikulasi lunatum (17,14 mm), diameter transversal permukaan artikulasi lunatum (12,58 mm), diameter anteroposterior maksimum permukaan artikulasi skafoid (13,88 mm), diameter transversal permukaan artikulasi skafoid (14,77 mm), diameter anteroposterior permukaan artikulasi fossa ulnar (14,79 mm), diameter superior-inferior permukaan artikulasi fossa ulnar (7,99 mm), dan tinggi prosesus styloideus (9,64 mm), dan sudut kortikal volar (155,15°). Background: The distal radius plays a crucial role in wrist biomechanics. Morphometric differences among populations may influence the success of orthopedic surgery, particularly in the use of implants, which often rely on data from Western populations. Objective: This study aims to obtain three-dimensional morphometric data of the distal radius from cadavers in the Anatomy Laboratory of FK-KMK UGM and to analyze differences based on sex. Methods: This is a cross-sectional morphometric study involving 40 distal radius bones from cadavers at the Department of Anatomy, FKKMK UGM. The measured parameters include transverse diameter, proximal transverse diameter, anteroposterior diameter, proximal anteroposterior diameter, palmar tilt, radial inclination, articular surface of the lunate, articular surface of the scaphoid, ulnar fossa articular surface, styloid process height, and volar cortical angle. Statistical analysis was conducted to compare measurements between males and females.
