Pengaruh kombinasi dosis pupuk N,P dan K terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil Gladiol

2004 | Tesis | S2 AgronomiPenelitian tentang pengaruh kombinasi dosis pupuk N, P, dan K terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil gladiol telah dilaksanakan di dusun Blembem lor, Harjabinangun, Pakem, Sleman sejak bulan April sampai dengan Juli 2002, dengan metode percobaan faktor tunggal, yang diatur menurut rancangan acak lengkap berblok, terdiri atas 9 perlakuan, 3 ulangan. Perlakuan tersebut adalah tanpa pupuk (kontrol), pemberian pupuk N, P2O5, dan K2O (69 + 90 + 88)kg/ha,(69 + 90 + 176) kg/ha, (69 + 180 + 88) kg/ha, (69 + 180 + 176) kg/ha, (138 + 90 + 88) kg/ha,(138 + 90 + 176) kg/ha, (138 + 180 + 88) kg/ha,dan (138 + 180 + 176) kg/ha. Dilakukan pengamatan tinggi tanaman, umur berbunga, diameter bunga, panjang tangkai bunga, jumlah kuntum bunga, diameter subang, berat subang, laju asimilasi bersih, laju pertumbuhan relatif, nisbah luas daun, berat kering tanaman, primordia bunga, dan kadar N, P, K dalam daun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemupukan (69 + 90 + 88)kg per hektar menghasilkan pertumbuhan dan hasil bunga gladiol terbaik.
An experiment about the effect of N,P, and K combination fertilizer dosage on growth and yield of gladiolus was done at Blembem Lor, Harjabinangun, Pakem, Sleman from April to July 2002. The research was conducted with a single factor, were arranged in randomized complete block design with 9 levels, 3 replications. The treatments consisted of : control, and N, P2O5, and K2O combination fertilizer dosage of (69 + 90 + 88)kg/ha,(69 + 90 + 176) kg/ha, (69 + 180 + 88) kg/ha, (69 + 180 + 176) kg/ha, (138 + 90 + 88) kg/ha,(138 + 90 + 176) kg/ha, (138 + 180 + 88) kg/ha,dan (138 + 180 + 176) kg/ha. The observed were carried plant height, age flowers, diameter flowers, length of the flower stalk, floret number, corm diameter, weight of corm, net assimilation rate, primordial flowers, relative growth rate, leaf area ratio, dry weight of plant, and contend of N, P, and K in the leaf. The results showed that combination fertilizer dosage (69 + 90 + 88) kg per hectare gave the best growth and yield of gladiolus.
