Tinjauan Konsep Apparatus Negara Louis Althusser Terhadap Patronase Rezim Soeharto

Penelitian ini berjudul “Tinjauan Konsep Apparatus Negara Louis Althusser Terhadap Patronase Rezim Soeharto” merupakan penelitian yang dilatarbelakangi oleh konsep apparatus negara Louis Althusser yang mengandung dimensi-dimensi filosofis pada jalanya kekuasaan negara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prinsip-prinsip dalam konsep apparatus negara Louis Althusser dan menganalisis prinsip konsep apparatus negara tersebut dalam objek material berupa patronase Rezim soeharto. Penelitian ini mengkaji prinsip konsep apparatus negara Louis Althusser sebagai analisisis pada dinamika Rezim Soeharto dalam menjalankan pemerintahanya. 

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian berjenis kualitatif dengan model penelitian sistematis reflektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis pemikiran tokoh dengan mengaitkannya pada fenomena patronase Rezim Soeharto. Adapun unsur metodis yang digunakan sebagai berikut: 1) interpretasi, 2) induksi dan deduksi, 3) komparasi, 4) heuristika, 5) deskripsi.

Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kajian genealogi pemikiran konsep apparatus negara Louis Althusser, logika operasional dimensi historis dan filosofis patronase hingga penerapanya pada patronase Rezim Soeharto, serta evaluasi kritis terkait dengan dinamika Rezim Soeharto yang berkuasa selama 32 tahun melalui argumen kritis hasil dari analisis menggunakan konsep apparatus negara Louis Althusser

This research, entitled “Review of Louis Althusser's Concept of State Apparatus Against the Patronage of Soeharto Regime,” is a research backgrounded by Louis Althusser's concept of state apparatus, which contains philosophical dimensions on the mesh of state power.This study aims principles in Louis Althusser’s concept of state apparatus and analyze the principle of state appal objects in the form of patronage of the Soeharto Regime. This study examines the principle of Louis Althusser’s concept of state apparatus as an analysis on the dynamics of the Soeharto Regime in running its government. 

This study is a qualitative-type study with a reflective systematic research model. The research method used is the analysis of the thoughts of the figures by relating them to the phenomenon of patronage of the Soeharto Regime. As for the methodical elements used as follows: 1) interpretation, 2) induction and deduction, 3) comparison, 4) heuristics, 5) description.

The results of this research provide a study of the genealogy of the thought of Louis Althusser’s concept of state apparatus, the operational logic of the historical and philosophical dimensions of patronage to its application to the patronage of the Soeharto Regime, as well as a critical evaluation related to the dynamics of the Soeharto Regime in power for 32 years through critical arguments resulting from the analysis of Louis Althusser’s concept of state apparatus.
