Evaluasi ketersediaan fasilitas pelayanan sosial ekonomi penting guna mengetahui keberadaan fasilitas pelayanan sosial ekonomi pada suatu wilayah. Penilaian keberadaan fasilitas pelayanan sosial ekonomi sesuai dengan batas minimal yang seharusnya ada pada suatu wilayah, diharapkan dapat tercapainya tujuan pembangunan yaitu melakukan pemerataan pembangunan dan hasil¬hasilnya, sehingga fasilitas pelayanan sosial ekonomi dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat yang dilayaninya. Tulisan ini merupakan hasil dan Evaluasi Ketersediaan Fasilitas Pelavanan Sosial Ekonomi Penduduk di Kabupaten Sleman yang mempunyai tujuan ( I mengetahui ketersediaan fasilitas pelayanan sosial ekonomi di Kabupaten Sleman (2) mengetahui perbedaan daya layan fasilitas pelayanan sosial ekonomi antara pusat pengembangan dengan kecamatan pendukungnya di Kabupaten Sleman (3) mengetahui potensi wilayah di luar potensi pelayanan dalam hubungannya dengan ketersediaan fasilitas pelayanan sosial ekonomi di Kabupaten Sleman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data sekunder yang diperoleh dari dukumentasi catatan statistik lembaga pemerintah dan yang dilakukan BPS . Analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif yaitu melalui klasifikasi dan skorine. Uji statistik penelitian ini adalah analisis korelasi Product Moment, Uji Independent Hest. Hasil Evaluasi yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan fasilitas pelavanan sosial ekonomi sudah merata di semua kecamatan tapi jumlahnya belum memadai. Dengan uji statistik korelasi Product moment menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara jumlah penduduk dengan ketersediaan fasilitas pelayanan sosial ekonomi sehingga semakin besar jumlah penduduk semakin besar pula jumlah fasilitas yang tersedia. Analisis perbedaan dengan, Uji Independent t-test yang dilakukan memperolah hash!, tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan daya layan antara pusat pengembangan dan kecamatan pendukungnya artinya semua fasilitas tersedia di semua kecamatan. Uji statistik korelasi Product moment menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara potensi wilayah dengan ketersediaan unit fasilitas pelayanan sosial ekonomi, sehingga pemanfaatan potensi wilayah belum optimal karena belum mendukung ketersediaan fasilitas pelayanan sosial ekonomi

An evaluation on the availability of social economic service facilities is necessary to be conducted to investigate the availability of such facilities in a certain region. Assessment for a minimum requirement for these facilities in a certain region will help to support the success of development that aims to achieve an equal distribution of development including its results. If it is successfully achieved, the social economic service facility will be able to give benefits to the target society. This paper is a report of An Evaluation of Social Economic Service Facilities Availability in Sleman Regency, which aimed to (1) investigate the availability of social economic service facility in Sleman Regency, (2) investigate the gap of service capacity of social economic service facility in the development center and supporting sub-districts in Sleman Regency, and (3) investigate the potential of regions outside the service facility in Sleman Regency. The method used in this research is analysis on secondary data obtained from documentation of statistic records from government institutions and the BPS (The Central Bureau of Statistics). The analysis is qualitative, that is, by means of classification and scoring. The statistic tests in this research are product-moment correlation analysis and independent t-test The evaluation results reveal that the availability of social economic service facilities has been equally distributed into all subdistricts, still the number is inadequate. The product moment correlation test shows a significant relation between the total of population and the availability of social economic service facilities-, the bigger the population, the more the facilities. The difference analysis using independent t-test reveals that there is no significant difference of service capacity between development center and supporting sub-districts, meaning that all facilities are available in each sub¬district. The Product moment correlation statistic test exhibits no relation between regional potency and the availability of social-economic service facility units, so the exploitation of that potency has not been optimum due to the fact that it does not support the availability of social economic service facilities.
