Perancangan dan pembuatan alat sinkronisasi otomatis pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikrohidro dengan sistem jaringan PLN

Perancangan dan pembuatan alat sinkronisasi otomatis Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikrohidro (PLTMH) dengan sistem jaringan PLN bertujuan membuat alat yang dapat digunakan untuk menginterkoneksi PLTMH dengan jaringan PLN secara otomatis. Alat interkoneksi otomatis PLTMH yang ada adalah produk impor, sangat jarang, sulit didapat dan mahal. Untuk itu alat ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi ketergantungan produk import dan memberikan sumbangan ketersediaan peralaran sinkronisasi otomatis di pasaran. Alat ini dibuat dengan menggunakan komponen yang mudah didapat ditoko elektronik, mudah dioperasikan, sederhana dan murah. PLTMH yang dapat dipasang peralatan ini adalah PLTMH yang menggunakan kontrol frekuensi jenis ELC tipe DS-02/10-25/3f/220/380 V/Sink. Untuk menyinkronkan PLTMH dengan jaringan PLN persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi diantaranya besar tegangan sama, frekuensi sama, urutan fase sama, dan beda fase sama. Agar persyaratan dipenuhi dibuat rangkaian detektor tegangan dengan toleransi sinkron tidak melebihi ± 10% dari tegangan 220V. Membuat rangakaian pendeteksi kesamaan frekuensi antara dua sumber dengan perbedaan maksimum 2 Hz dari frekuensi acuan 50 Hz. Untuk mendeteksi sudut fase kedua gelombang tegangan sinusoide dibuat rangkaian pembanding detektor sudut. Keluaran ke tiga detektor tersebut dibandingkan dalam rangkaian pembanding tegangan. Rangkaian pembanding mengeluarkan sinyal tinngi, jika ketiga syarat memenuhi dalam proses sinkronisasin dan selanjutnya kontaktor sinkronisasi menyambungkan generator pada PLTMH dengan jaringan PLN. Alat sinkronisasi otomatis yang dibuat dapat bekerja dengan baik untuk menyinkronkan generator dengan jaringan PLN dengan toleransi perbedaan tegangan ±5%, perbedaan frekuensi ± 4% dan sudut fasa ± 70 dari tegangan jaringan PLN. Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan alat sinkronisasi otomatis ini adalah Rp. 350.000,-, lebih murah dibandingkan dengan alat sinkronisasi produk import

The designing and making automatic synchronizing equipment of Microhydro Electric Power Plant (PLTMH) with National Electricity Company Grid System (PLN) aimed to make equipment that could be used to interconnect PLTMH with PLN grid automatically. The equipment of PLTMH automatic interconnection that axisted is import product, very rarely, difficult to be found and expensive. There for this equipment is hoped that could reduce the dependence of import product and gave contribution toword automatic synchronizing equipment in the local market. This equipment was made using components that were easily found in electronic shop, easily operated, simple and cheap. PLTMH that could be installed is PLTMH wich using frequency control type ELC DS-02/10-25/3f/220/380 V/sink. To synchronize PLTMH with PLN grid, some of the requirements should be fulfilled there are in the same voltage, the same frequency, the same phase sequence and the same phase difference. To fulfill these requirements, voltage detector is made with synchronizing tolerance not more then ± 10 % from 220 volt. The frequence similarity detector between two sources with maximum defference 2 Hz from 50 Hz. To detect phase angle of two voltage wave, is made a phase angle detector comparison. The third output of the detector are compered in the voltage comparator circuit. The output of the comparator high if the three requirements are already fulfilled in the process of synchronism, after that synchonisms contactor will closed and at that time generator of PLTMH is in the position of interconnecting with PLN grid. Automatic synchronizing equipment that was made, could work well to synchronize the generator with PLN grid with tolerance of voltage difference ± 5 %, frequency difference ± 4 %, and phase angle ± 70 from PLN grid voltage. The cost that is needed to make the automatic synchronizing equipment is Rp. 350.000,-, cheaper than import product of synchronizing equipment.
