Pelindungan Hukum mengenai Keamanan dan Keterbukaan Informasi Perawatan Wajah PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) bagi Pasien di Gloumi Aesthetic Clinic Yogyakarta

Penulisan hukum ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bentuk pelindungan hukum Gloumi Aesthetic Clinic Yogyakarta dalam menjamin keterbukaan informasi dan keamanan pada perawatan wajah PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) bagi pasien Gloumi Aesthetic Clinic Yogyakarta. Penulisan hukum ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penerapan informed consent pada perawatan wajah PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) dalam melindungi pasien Gloumi Aesthetic Clinic Yogyakarta.

Penulisan hukum ini merupakan penelitian normatif empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian normatif dilakukan melalui penelitian kepustakaan untuk mendapatkan data sekunder atas berbagai bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier dengan alat berupa studi dokumen. Penelitian empiris dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan subjek penelitian baik responden maupun narasumber dengan alat berupa pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan dianalisis secara kualitatif dan disajikan secara deskriptif.

Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa bentuk pelindungan hukum oleh Gloumi Aesthetic Clinic Yogyakarta dalam menjamin adanya keterbukaan informasi dan keamanan belum diterapkan dengan baik karena dokter belum memberi informasi secara lengkap mengenai pengetahuan pengaruh kualitas darah pasien yang banyak mempengaruhi hasil akhir. Selanjutnya, penerapan informed consent dalam melindungi pasien belum terlaksanakan dengan baik dikarenakan salah satu responden tidak menerima informed consent secara tertulis sebelum melakukan perawatan wajah PRP sebagai salah satu tindakan invasif. 

This legal writing aims to know and analyze the form of legal protection of Gloumi Aesthetic Clinic Yogyakarta in ensuring information disclosure and safety in PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) facial treatments for patients of Gloumi Aesthetic Clinic Yogyakarta. This legal writing also aims to know and analyze the application of informed consent to PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) facial treatment in protecting Gloumi Aesthetic Clinic Yogyakarta patients.

This legal writing is a descriptive normative empirical research. Normative research is conducted through library research to obtain secondary data on various primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials with tools in the form of document studies. Empirical research is conducted through interviews with research subjects both respondents and sources with tools in the form of interview guidelines. The results of library and field research are analyzed qualitatively and presented descriptively.

This research shows that the form of legal protection by Gloumi Aesthetic Clinic Yogyakarta in ensuring information disclosure and safety has not been implemented properly since the doctor has not provided complete information about the knowledge of the influence of patients’ blood quality which greatly affects the final result. Furthermore, the application of informed consent in protecting patients has not been implemented properly since one of the respondents did not receive written informed consent before performing PRP facial treatment as part of the invasive actions.
