Peran iklim kerja organisasi dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan

2004 | Tesis | S2 PsikologiPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran iklim kerja organisasi dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan. Penelitian dan pengumpulan data dilakukan di PT. Madu Baru PG/PS Madukismo, Padokan, Kasihan, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Sebanyak enam puluh sembilan karyawan yang memenuhi syarat dari bagian SDM dan umum, bagian Akuntansi dan Keuangan, bagian Tanaman, bagian Pabrikasi, bagian Instalasi dan bagian Spiritus berpartisipasi dalam penelitian. Peneliti meminta subyek penelitian mengisi dua buah skala penelitian, yaitu; skala iklim kerja organisasi dan skala keterlibatan kerja. Data tentang kinerja kerja karyawan didapatkan dari dokumentasi penilaian prestasi kerja karyawan. Hasil analisi regresi ganda variabel bebas (iklim kerja organisasi dan keterlibatan kerja) terhadap variabel tergantung (kinerja kerja karyawan) diperoleh harga F sebesar 26, 746, dengan p = 0,000, yang dapat berarti, ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara iklim kerja organisasi dan keterlibatan kerja dengan kinerja kerja karyawan. Sumbangan dari iklim kerja dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan sebesar 44, 7 % (R = 0, 668; R Square = 0,447). Hasil analisis regresi bertahap variabel bebas iklim kerja organisasi terhadap variabel tergantung kinerja kerja karyawan diperoleh harga F sebesar 53, 242 dengan p = 0, 000, yang berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari iklim kerja organisasi terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan. Sumbangan iklim kerja organisasi terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan adalah 44, 3 % (R = 0, 665; R Square = 0,443), sedangkan variabel keterlibatan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan (t = 0, 763; p =0, 448).
The objective of this research was to study the influence of organization work climate and job involvement toward employee job performance at PT. Madu Baru PG/PS Madukismo, Padokan, Kasihan Bantul, Yogyakarta. Sixty-nine qualified employees participated in this research. They were employees from human resources and general affairs department., accounting and finance department, plantation department, production department, installation department and spiritus department. The participants were asked to answer two kinds of scales: organization work climate and job involvement. Data of employee job performance were gathered from the available files of employee job performance appraisal. The results of multiple regression analysis of the influence of independent variables, organization work climate and job involvement toward dependent variable employee job performance, indicated that there is a significant influence of organization work climate and job involvement toward employee job performance (F = 26.746; p = 0.000). The contribution of organization work climate and job involvement for employee job performance is 44.7 % (R = 0.668; R Square = 0.447). The results of stepwise regression analysis of independent variable, organization climate, toward the dependent variable, employee job performance, revealed that there was a significant impact of organizational work climate toward employee job performance (F value = 53.242; p = 0.000). The contribution of organization work climate for employee job performance was 44.3% (R = 0.665; R Square = 0.443). Job involvement variable, however, did not have any significant influence toward employee job performance (t = 0.763; p = 0.448).
