Pembuatan gigi tiruan cekat Crownless pada kasus kehilangan gigi premolar satu rahang atas :: Laporan kasus

Pada perawatan kehilangan gigi premolar satu rahang atas umumnya dibuatkan gigi tiruan cekat konvensional. Alternatif lain adalah dibuatkan gigi tiruan cekat crownless dengan sedikit mengurangi jaringan mahkota gigi yang sehat dan tidak melibatkan tepi servikal pada kedua gigi penyangga. Laporan kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembuatan gigi tiruan cekat crownless pada kasus kehilangan gigi premolar satu rahang atas Laporan kasus dilakukan pada pasien wanita berumur 51 tahun dengan kehilangan gigi 4 |. Pasien telah memakai gigi tiruan cekat akrilik bagian anterior dan gigi tiruan sebagian lepas rangka logam bagian posterior, pasien minta dibuatkan gigi tiruan cekat dengan pengurangan gigi seminimal mungkin dengan estetis yang baik. Rehabilitasi dilakukan memakai gigi tiruan cekat crownless, gigi tiruan cekat crownless menggabungkan keuntungan dari tehnik etsa asam dan tehnik universal dental anchor , menggunakan anchor pin yang dilekatkan dengan resin semen pada permukaan proksimal kedua gigi penyangga. Elemen gigi yang hilang dilekatkan diatas anchor pin yang berfungsi sebagai retainer. Kontrol 1 minggu dan 3 bulan setelah pemasangan dengan hasil estetik, oklusi, retensi dan stabilisasi baik. Kesimpulan laporan kasus adalah pembuatan gigi tiruan cekat crownless dapat dipakai sebagai perawatan dalam menangani kasus kehilangan gigi premolar satu rahang atas.

Generally, conventional bridge works is made for losing of the some teeth.. Another alternative is making crownless bridge works whith minimum loss of healhty tooth structure and not involving cervical edge of both supporting teeth. The aim of this case report is to know making crownless bridge works in case of loosing maxillary first premolar tooth. This case report has been done on a female patient, 51 years old, with right first maxillary premolar tooth losing. This patient use anterior acrylic bridge work and posterior metal frame denture. This patient asked for bridgework with minimal preparation and good esthetic. The treatment was done by using crownless bridge work. Crownless bridge work combined the benefit of acid etch technic and universal dental anchor technic, this matter was appropriate with the indication of crownless bridge work was inserting one loss tooth used pin anchor which attached to proximal surface of both supporting teeth with resin cement. Pontic is attached to the upper part of anchor pin, which was used as retainers. One week and three months control after insertion was showed the good result of esthetic, occlusion, retention and stabilization. The conclusion of this case report is that the crownless bridge work can be used as treatment on losing first premolar tooth.
