Gerakan Perlawanan Wadon Wadas dalam Upaya Penolakan Penambangan Batuan Andesit di Desa Wadas

Konflik agraria merupakan salah satu jenis konflik yang kerap terjadi di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data, sepanjang tahun 2020-2023, KPA mencatat terdapat 115 konflik agraria terjadi disebabkan oleh adanya Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN). Proyek pembangunan Bendungan Bener di Purworejo merupakan bagian dari PSN. Sesuai dengan Surat Keputusan (SK) Gubernur Jawa Tengah Nomor 590/41 Tahun 2018 tentang Persetujuan Penetapan Lokasi Pengadaan Tanah untuk Pembangunan Bendungan Bener di Kabupaten Purworejo dan Kabupaten Wonosobo, ditetapkanlah Desa Wadas sebagai lokasi penambangan batuan andesit yang menjadi bahan baku utama pembangunan Bendungan Bener. Proyek tersebut mengalami penolakan dari warga Wadas. Dalam upaya penolakan penambangan batuan andesit tersebut, terbentuklah gerakan Wadon Wadas yang menjadi wadah perjuangan perempuan di Wadas. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai upaya-upaya nirkekerasan yang dilakukan maupun diinisiasi oleh Wadon Wadas dalam penolakan penambangan batuan andesit.  Penelitian ini akan menggunakan teori nirkekerasan dan 198 metode nirkekerasan oleh Gene Sharp. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga akan menggunakan konsep ekofeminisme untuk menjelaskan alasan dibalik perjuangan Wadon Wadas dalam konflik agararia di Desa Wadas. 

Agrarian conflicts are the most common kinds of conflict in Indonesia. Based on data from the Consortium for Agrarian Reform (KPA) through 2020 – 2023, KPA recorded that there were 115 cases of agrarian conflict caused by the National Strategic Projects (PSN). The construction of the Bener Dam in Purworejo is part of the PSN. According to the Decree (SK) of the Governor of Central Java Number 590/41 of 2018 about the approval of the determination of the location of land acquisition for the development of Bener Dam in Purworejo and Wonosobo Regency, Wadas Village was designated as the mining location for andesite rock which is the main material for the construction of Bener Dam. That development project was rejected by the residents of Wadas Village. To support the rejection, Wadon Wadas movement was formed which became the forum for women’s struggle in Wadas. This research tries to discuss the nonviolent actions that were used or initiated by Wadon Wadas in order to reject the andesite rock mining. This research will use the theory of nonviolence and 198 methods of nonviolent action by Gene Sharp. In addition, this research will also use the concept of ecofeminism to explain the reasons behind the struggle of Wadon Wadas movement on agrarian conflict in Wadas Village.
