OUTCOME PASCA PERAWATAN KORBAN KECELAKAAN LALU LINTAS DI INSTALASI GAWAT DARURAT RSUP DR. SARDJITO PERIODE TAHUN 2022

Latar Belakang : Kecelakaan lalu lintas di Indonesia terus meningkat dengan 103.645 kasus pada tahun 2021. Di Yogyakarta, terdapat 7.830 kasus pada tahun 2022 dengan 570 korban jiwa meninggal dan 10.170 korban mengalami luka ringan. Outcome pasien bergantung pada tingkat keparahan luka, penanganan medis serta kepatuhan terhadap perawatan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi asosiasi outcome pasca perawatan kecelakaan lalu lintas di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUP Dr. Sardjito periode 2022 dan jumlah korban kecelakaan lalu lintas yang di IGD RSUP Dr. Sardjito tahun 2022. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif observasional dengan desain penelitian rancangan cross sectional. Menggunakan data sekunder dari rekam medis pasien kecelakaan lalu lintas yang ditangani instalasi gawat darurat RSUP Dr Sardjito periode Januari 2022 - Desember 202. Kemudian dianalisis dengan chi square dan fisher test. Hasil: Penelitian ini menemukan 337 kasus kecelakaan lalu lintas Di IGD RSUP Dr.Sardjito tahun 2022 dengan mayoritas korban didominasi laki-laki berusia 18- 65 tahun, sebagian besar pelajar atau mahasiswa. Sebagian besar pasien mengalami Luka akibat kekerasan tumpul. Kesimpulan: Proporsi kesembuhan dari pasien yang menggunakan asuransi lebih tinggi 97% dibandingkan dengan sumber pendanaan secara mandiri 91% Namun, tidak ditemukan perbedaan yang bermakna secara statistik antara luaran kesembuhan menurut sumber pendanaan. Selain itu, faktor- faktor seperti usia, jenis kelamin, klasifikasi luka tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap outcome kesembuhan pasien. Sebaliknya, kepatuhan pasien terhadap pengobatan memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik dengan kesembuhan. Dengan demikian, kepatuhan pasien merupakan faktor utama yang berkontribusi terhadap kesembuhan pasien kecelakaan lalu lintas. Background: Traffic accidents in Indonesia continue to increase with 103,645 cases in 2021. In Yogyakarta, there were 7,830 cases in 2022 with 570 fatalities and 10,170 victims suffering minor injuries. Patient outcomes depend on the severity of injuries, medical treatment and compliance with treatment. Objective: This study aims to identify the association of post-traffic accident treatment outcomes in the Emergency Room of Dr. Sardjito Hospital in 2022 and the number of traffic accident victims in the Emergency Room of Dr. Sardjito Hospital in 2022. Method: This study used a descriptive observational design with a cross-sectional research design. Using secondary data from medical records of traffic accident patients treated in the emergency room of Dr. Sardjito Hospital in the period January 2022 - December 202. Then analyzed using chi square and fisher tests. Results: This study found 337 cases of traffic accidents in the Emergency Room of Dr. Sardjito Hospital in 2022 with the majority of victims being men aged 18-65 years, mostly students. Most patients experienced blunt force injuries. Conclusion: The proportion of recovery from patients using insurance was higher at 97% compared to independent funding sources at 91%. However, there was no statistically significant difference between recovery outcomes according to funding sources. In addition, factors such as age, gender, and wound classification did not have a significant effect on patient recovery outcomes. On the other hand, patient compliance with treatment had a statistically significant difference with recovery. Thus, patient compliance is a major factor contributing to the recovery of traffic accident patients.
