Pemanfaatan citra quickbird untuk penyusunan prototipe sistem informasi fasilitas pelayanan umum kota Yogyakarta

Kota Yogyakarta merupakan pusat kegiatan perekonomian dan pemerintahan di Propinsi Daerah istirnewa Yogyakarta, sehingga kelengkapan fasiiitas pelayanan umum sangat diperlukan keberadaannya untuk menunjang kelancaran kegiatan bagi masyarakat kota vogyakarta dan daerah sekitarnya. Fasillitas pelayanan umum dalam penelitian ini ditekankan pada beberapa jenis fasilitas pelayanan umum yang memainkan peranan penting dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat Kota Yogyakarta dan daerah sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan sebaran dari fasilitas pelayanan umum tersebut dalam bentuk suatu model prototipe sistem informasi dengan memanfatkan citra satelit QuickBird sebagai sumber perolehan data penggunaan lahan dan distribusi dari beberapa jenis fasilitas kota, dengan mempertimbangkan citra QuickBird merupakan citra penginderaan jauh dengan resolusi spasial tertinggi pada saat ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu interpretasi citra QuickBird dengan teknik digitasi on-screen untuk memperoleh data penggunaan lahan dan fasilitas Kota Yogyakarta, yang selanjutnya dijadikan sebagai data utama dalam penyusunan model prototipe sistern informasi fasilitas pelayanan umum Kota Yogyakarta Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yaitu dihasilkannya suatu Prototipe atau rancangan awal Sistem Informasi Fasilitas Pelayanan Umum Kota Yogyakarta, dan analisis peta sebaran dari beberapa jenis fasilitas pelayanan umum di Kota Yogyakarta. Adapun untuk prototipe sistem informasi fasilitas pelayanan umum sendiri didesain sederhana dan dilengkapi dengan fungsi-fungsi analisis berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis (SEG) terutama berupa analisis jaringan, kedekatan, dan pencarian area pelayanan. Selain itu, prototipe ini juga dilengkapi dengan unsur- unsur interaktivitas untuk memudahkan penggunanya dalam mengakses dan berkomunikasi dengan peta penggunaan lahan dan khususnya peta sebaran fasilitas pelayanan umum yang disajikan dalam prototipe sistem informasi tersebut.

Yogyakarta Municipality is the centre economy and government activities of the Special Province of Yogyakarta. Therefore, the comprehensiveness of public service facilities is urgently needed to support the accomplishment of the activities for the people of Yogyakarta Municipality and surrounding area. The public service facilities in this research is emphasized to some sort of public service facilities which were playing significant role in the fulfilment of the people in municipality of Yogyakarta and surrounding area. This research aimed to map the distribution of these public service facilities in the form of a modei of. information system prototype by using the QuirkBird satellite imagery as the source of the acquisition of land use data and the distribution of some sort of urban facilities, by considering that QuirkBird imagery at this recent time is the highest spatial resolution remote sensing imagery. Method used in this research is QuickBird imagery interpretation using on- screen digization technique to obtain the land use and urban facilities data of Yogyakarta Municipality, which for the next step will be used as the main data to construct the prototype of public service facilities information system in Yogyakarta, Municipality. The final result of this research a prototype or basic model of pubite service facilities information system in Yogyakarta municipality, and also the map analysis of the distribution of some sort of public service facilities in Yogyakarta Municipality. The information system prototype of public service facilities was simply designed and completed with some Geographic Information System (GIS) based analysis functions, especially network analysis, proximity and service area assignment. Beside that, this prototype also completed with some interactivity aspecis to ease the user in accessing also communicate with the land use map and especially in communicating with the public service facilities distribution presented in this information system prototype
