Keberhasilan Transformasi Kota Cerdas Yogyakarta: Smart City Transformation Framework

Transformasi kota menjadi kota cerdas telah menjadi solusi strategis untuk mengatasi tantangan urbanisasi, seperti kemacetan lalu lintas, permasalahan lingkungan, dan keterbatasan infrastruktur perkotaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberhasilan transformasi Kota Yogyakarta menggunakan Smart City Transformation Framework (SCTF), yang meliputi perencanaan, pengembangan infrastruktur fisik, infrastruktur TIK, dan Solusi cerdas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai transformasi kota cerdas di Kota Yogyakarta.

Yogyakarta telah mencatat kemajuan dalam transformasi kota cerdas melalui super app Jogja Smart Service (JSS) dan pemanfaatan IoT untuk mobilitas. Namun, kendala seperti anggaran, sumber daya manusia, regulasi, serta ketiadaan role model kota cerdas di Indonesia menghambat perkembangan transformasi ini. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, diperlukan strategi terpadu yang mencakup peningkatan literasi digital, kolaborasi sektor swasta dan pemerintah, dan pengembangan infrastruktur yang holistik. Upaya ini bertujuan memastikan transformasi kota cerdas yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif.

The transformation of cities into smart cities has become a strategic solution to overcome the challenges of urbanization, such as traffic congestion, environmental problems, and limited urban infrastructure. This research aims to analyze the successful transformation of Yogyakarta City using the Smart City Transformation Framework (SCTF), which includes planning, physical infrastructure development, ICT infrastructure, and smart solutions. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach to provide a comprehensive picture of the smart city transformation in Yogyakarta City.

Yogyakarta has made progress in smart city transformation through the Jogja Smart Service (JSS) super app and the utilization of IoT for mobility. However, constraints such as budget, human resources, regulations, as well as the absence of Indonesian smart city role models hinder this progress. To overcome the challenges, an integrated strategy is needed that includes improving digital literacy, private and government sector collaboration, and holistic infrastructure development.
