Latar Belakang : Prosedur kerja di Klinik Pratama PTPN VII masih menggunakan cara manual, dalam proses pencatatan dengan cara tulis tangan. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang merambah sampai ke sektor kesehatan. Hal ini dapat membantu meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan informasi pasien. Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) yang merupakan hasil dari pengaplikasian teknologi digital untuk mengelola data kesehatan pasien. Perlu dilakukan perancangan tampilan antarmuka  rekam medis elektronik sampai dengan perancangan desain prototipe yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Perancangan dilakukan guna membantu Klinik Pratama PTPN VII untuk mewujudkan penyelenggaraan dan pengelolaan rekam medis yang berbasis digital dan terintegrasi.
Tujuan : Membuat prototipe desain tampilan antarmuka rekam medis elektronik.
Metode : Tahap perancangan ini menggunakan metode prototipe. Perancangan dilakukan di Klinik Pratama PTPN VII Bandar Lampung, dimulai pada bulan Juni 2023. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi dengan subjek enam responden yaitu penanggung jawab klinik, dokter umum, bidan, perawat, apoteker, dan petugas rekam medis. Objek pada perancangan ini adalah rekam medis elektronik. Proses perancangan dibuat menggunakan aplikasi Figma dan diagrams.net.
Hasil : Hasil akhir berupa prototipe berbasis web untuk admin, dokter, dan apoteker. Evaluasi prototipe menggunakan system usability scale dengan hasil score sebesar 84 telah berada di atas nilai rata-rata yang ditetapkan yaitu 68. Sehingga, dapat dikatakan prototype rekam medis elektronik ini termasuk dalam kategori acceptable.
Kesimpulan : Prototipe desain tampilan antarmuka rekam medis elektronik dinilai cukup baik dan mudah digunakan. Dikategorikan acceptable, berada pada grade scale B, dan adjective ratings pada tingkat excellent. Selanjutnya, prototipe desain antarmuka ini dapat dikembangkan menjadi sistem aplikasi.

Backgrounds : The work procedures at the PTPN VII Pratama Clinic still use manual methods, the recording process is done by handwriting. As information and communication technology develops, it has spread to the health sector. This can help increase efficiency and accuracy in managing patient information. Electronic Medical Records (RME) which is the result of applying digital technology to manage patient health data. It is necessary to design the electronic medical record interface up to designing a prototype design that is tailored to the user's needs. The design was carried out to help the PTPN VII Pratama Clinic to realize the implementation and management of digital-based and integrated medical records.
Objective: Create a design prototype for the electronic medical record interface.
Methods: This design stage uses the prototype method. The design was carried out at the PTPN VII Pratama Clinic in Bandar Lampung, starting in June 2023. The data collection technique used interview, observation and documentation study methods with six respondents as subjects, namely the person in charge of the clinic, general practitioner, midwife, nurse, pharmacist and record officer. medical. The object of this design is electronic medical records. The design process was created using the Figma and diagrams.net applications.
Results: The final result is a web-based prototype for admins, doctors and pharmacists. Evaluation of the prototype used a usability scale system with a score of 84 which was above the average value set at 68. So, it can be said that this electronic medical record prototype is included in the category acceptable.
Conclusion: The electronic medical record interface design prototype is considered quite good and easy to use. It is categorized as acceptable, at grade scale B, and adjective ratings at excellent level. Furthermore, this interface design prototype can be developed into an application system.
