The world of infrastructure has experienced quite rapid development of sustainable management. The increasing population of human resources or Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) also supports transportation production and fuel needs. Current technological developments are able to collaborate which support performance, especially reducing the risk of repetition of work which has an impact on scheduling. The aim of this report is to identify performance factors, evaluate time management, identify software collaboration, and be able to evaluate the implementation of management system in clash report data processing.
The data collection technique in this research was carried out using field studies to obtain valid and factual data. There is an identification of clashes: hard-hard clash, hard-soft clash, and soft-soft clash which are divided into priority 1, priority 2, and priority 3.
Changing factors impact processes, costs, quality, human resources, and time. Delays in project planning require anticipation in a flexible model. Tekla Structure software is used as a 3D modelling and Smart Plan 3D (SP3D) is used as a clash identification. In the clash detection process, the number of clashes points was reduced by 98%.
