Kekuatan Normatif Uni Eropa Terhadap Swiss Dalam Isu Finansial Berkelanjutan

Tugas akhir ini mengeksplorasi peran Uni Eropa (UE) sebagai kekuatan normatif dalam memengaruhi kebijakan finansial berkelanjutan di Swiss. Lebih spesifik, penelitian ini berfokus menginvestigasi cara-cara kebijakan finansial keberlanjutan milik UE, yaitu Taxonomy Regulation, Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), dan Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), membentuk regulasi finansial Swiss. EU yang merupakan aktor prominen global dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan telah memperbarui regulasi finansialnya untuk mengarusutamakan aspek-aspek berkelanjutan yang lebih luas. Hal ini kemudian memengaruhi Swiss untuk mengadopsi kebijakan yang relatif sama. Fenomena ini dapat dijelaskan melalui mekanisme difusi norma berkelanjutan UE, seperti penyebaran informasi, perjanjian prosedural, dan nilai-nilai budaya bersama. Pembuktian ini kemudian mengafirmasi peran UE sebagai penentu standar global dalam keuangan berkelanjutan dan dampak transformatifnya terhadap kebijakan nasional. 

This thesis explores the role of European Union (EU) as a normative power in influencing sustainable finance policies in Switzerland. Sepcifically, this study investigates how the EU's sustainable finance policies, namely the Taxonomy Regulation, the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), shape Switzerland's financial regulations. As the prominent global actor in sustainable development, the Eu has updated its financial regulations to mainstream broader sustainability aspects. This, in turn, has influenced Switzerland to adopt relatively similar policies. This phenomenon can be explained through mechanisms of EU norm diffusion, such as information dissemination, procedural agreements, and shared cultural values. This evidence affirms the Eu's role as a global standard-setter in sustainable finance and its transformative impact on national policies.
