Gambaran Intensi Mahasiswa Rekognisi Pembelajaran Lampau (RPL) Keperawatan Tahap Akademik UGM dalam Pemberian Pertolongan Pertama pada Korban Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas

Latar Belakang: Mahasiswa RPL
keperawatan yang merupakan perawat D3 di RS Sardjito yang memiliki pembelajaran
dan pelatihan pada studi sebelumnya diharapkan memiliki intensi yang lebih tinggi
untuk memberikan pertolongan pertama pada korban KLL dibandingkan dengan
mahasiswa keperawatan tanpa pengalaman klinis. Pertolongan pertama yang cepat
dan efektif dapat meminimalkan kecacatan dan meningkatkan kemungkinan bertahan
hidup korban KLL.
Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui
gambaran intensi mahasiswa RPL keperawatan tahap akademik dalam pemberian
pertolongan pertama pada korban KLL dan mengetahui intensi berdasarkan
karakteristik yang dimiliki mahasiswa RPL keperawatan.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan
penelitian non eksperimental dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif.
Responden merupakan mahasiswa RPL keperawatan tahap akademik angkatan 2023 dan
2024 yang berjumlah 55 orang dengan menggunakan total sampling.
Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner intensi MIHRAV (Measure to Help Road Accident Victim).
Analisis penelitian menggunakan teknik univariat untuk mendeskripsikan
karakteristik responden dengan metode statistik deskriptif untuk mengetahui
parameter dan variabel.
Hasil: Hasil rata-rata skor intensi
sebesar 140.45 dengan persentase intensi tinggi sebesar 52.7?ri seluruh
responden. Nilai rata-rata berdasarkan empat
dimensi (subskala) berupa sikap yang mungkin dilakukan sebesar 326.3; perilaku
intensi untuk menolong 315.3; tanggung jawab sosial 301.75; dan efikasi diri
301.4. Rentang nilai yang didapat adalah 55 ? x ? 385 berdasarkan jumlah
responden dan kuesioner, sehingga seluruh dimensi menunjukkan nilai rata-rata
yang tinggi.
Kesimpulan: Mayoritas responden
memiliki intensi yang tinggi dalam pemberian pertolongan pertama pada korban
KLL. Karakteristik yang dimiliki responden mempengaruhi gambaran responden
terhadap intensi menolong.

Background: Nursing RPL
students who are D3 nurses at Sardjito Hospital who have learning and training
in previous studies are expected to have a higher intention to provide first
aid to KLL victims compared to nursing students without clinical experience.
Quick and effective first aid can minimize disabilities and increase the
chances of survival for traffic accident victims.
Objective: To determine the overview of the intentions of RPL nursing
students in at the academic stage in providing first aid to victims of traffic
accidents and to
determine these intentions based on the characteristics possessed by the
nursing students.
Method: This study is a
non-experimental study using quantitative descriptive methods. Respondents were
55 RPL nursing students from the academic stage of the 2023 and 2024 intakes
using total sampling. This study used the MIHRAV (Measure to Help Road Accident
Victim) intention questionnaire. The research analysis used univariate
techniques to describe the characteristics of respondents with descriptive
statistical methods to determine parameters and variables.
Result: The average intention score
was 140.45 with a high intention percentage of 52.7% of all respondents. The
average value based on four dimensions (subscales) in the form of possible
attitudes is 326.3; behavioral intention to help 315.3; social responsibility
301.75; and self-efficacy 301.4. The range of values ??obtained is 55 ? x ? 385
based on the number of respondents and questionnaires, so that all dimensions
show a high average value.
Conclusion: The majority of respondents have a high intention in providing first aid to traffic accident victims. The characteristics of the respondents affect the respondent's description of the intention to help.
