Latar Belakang: Stres kerja pada perawat jika tidak dilakukan intervensi lebih lanjut akan berdampak negatif pada individu. Dampak negatif ini menyebabkan keluhan fisik dan psikologis yang berdampak buruk pada penyediaan layanan keperawatan yaitu perilaku caring terhadap pasien dan fungsi rumah sakit secara keseluruhan.
Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat stress kerja perawat dengan persepsi perilaku caring perawat di Instalasi Layanan Eksekutif RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan rancangan metodologi cross-sectional. Responden sejumlah 56 orang perawat pelaksana. Penelitian ini menggunakan lembar kuesioner Caring Dimention Inventory-25 (CDI-25) dan lembar kuesioner Expanded Nursing Stress Scale (ENSS). Analisis penelitian menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dari Pearson untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat stress kerja perawat dengan persepsi perilaku caring perawat
Hasil : Gambaran tingkat stres kerja perawat sedang dengan mean 80.93 (SD = 35.66) dan gambaran tingkat persepsi perilaku caring perawat tinggi dengan mean 104.68 (SD = 8.12). Hasil uji analisis statistik pearson keduanya diperoleh p-value= 0.814 (p >0,05).
Kesimpulan : Tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara tingkat stres kerja perawat dengan tingkat persepsi perilaku caring perawat di ILE RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta.

ABSTRACT
Background: Work stress in nurses, if not further intervened, will have a negative impact on individuals. These negative impacts cause physical and psychological complaints that adversely affect nursing services, including the caring behavior towards patients and the overall function of the hospital.
Research Objective: Determine the relationship between the level of work stress in nurses and the perception of caring behavior of nurses at the Executive Service Installation of RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta.
Method: This study is a correlational quantitative study with a cross-sectional methodology design. The respondent were 56 implementing nurses. The study used the Caring Dimension Inventory-25 (CDI-25) questionnaire and the Expanded Nursing Stress Scale (ENSS) questionnaire. The research analysis used Pearson's product-moment correlation test to determine the relationship between the level of work stress in nurses and the perception of caring behavior of nurses.
Results: The level of work stress among nurses was moderate, with a mean of 80.93 (SD = 35.66), and the level of perception of caring behavior among nurses was high, with a mean of 104.68 (SD = 8.12). The statistical analysis using Pearson's test resulted in a p-value of 0.814 (p > 0.05).
Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between the level of work stress in nurses and the level of perception of caring behavior of nurses at the Executive Service Installation of RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta.
