Evaluasi Kelaikan Kelas Jalan Rel Jogja-Solo, Tinjau Lintas Stasiun Tugu-Stasiun Brambanan, Berdasarkan Analisis Daya Angkut Lintas (Gross Passing Tonnage) dan Pemeriksaan Lapangan

Kawasan Joglosemar menjadi pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi dulu hingga kini. Peningkatan jumlah penumpang dan barang, khususnya pada angkutan kereta api, pasti terjadi. Jalan rel adalah komponen penting penjamin kelancaran dan keselamatan perjalanan kereta api. Ketidaksesuaian besar nilai beban serta kecepatan yang mampu didukung struktur jalan rel dengan kenyataan lapangan mengakselerasi degradasi komponen yang membahayakan keselamatan dan menimbulkan ketidakefisienan kegiatan operasional. Sejak kebijakan integrasi kawasan diimplementasikan, pemeriksaan kesesuaian tersebut belum pernah diteliti. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengevaluasi kelaikan jalan rel Jogja-Solo pada tinjau lintas Stasiun Tugu-Stasiun Brambanan.
Standar teknis jalan rel di Indonesia diatur dalam PD 10 dan Peraturan Menteri No. 60 Tahun 2012 berdasarkan standar Internasional UIC. Pengujian kelaikan jalan rel dilakukan dengan membandingkan kategori kelas jalan rel yang didapat berdasarkan dua cara, yakni perhitungan data beban kereta tahunan berdasarkan Gapeka 2022 dengan rumus daya angkut lintas (gross passing tonnage dalam juta ton/tahun atau GMTPA) serta identifikasi data riil komponen terpasang dan potongan melintang jalan rel menggunakan standar berlaku. Gross passing tonnage digunakan untuk mengetahui kelas yang seharusnya terpasang. Sedangkan, data lapangan digunakan untuk mengetahui kelas terpasang.
Nilai gross passing tonnage berdasarkan data kereta harian tanpa kereta tambahan pada satu sisi (hulu/hilir) adalah 17,61 GMTPA untuk Stasiun Tugu-Stasiun Lempuyangan dan 14,33 GMTPA untuk Stasiun Lempuyangan-Stasiun Brambanan. Apabila kereta tambahan dimasukkan, nilainya menjadi 18,495 dan 15,212 GMTPA. Lebih dari 75% kereta yang melintas berjenis penumpang sehingga Vmaks masuk dalam pertimbangan. Segmen tinjau lintas harus memenuhi kategori kelas II dan I PM 60 Tahun 2012 serta III dan II UIC. Berdasarkan data lapangan, jalan rel tinjau lintas Stasiun Tugu-Stasiun Brambanan memenuhi kelaikan karena jalan rel terpasang memenuhi kategori kelas I sesuai standar berlaku sehingga dapat mengakomodasi gross passing tonnage dengan pertimbangan margin of safety.
The Joglosemar area has been the center of economic growth from the past to the present. An increase in the number of passengers and goods, especially in rail transportation, is certain to occur. The railroad is an important component that guarantees the smoothness and safety of train travel. The mismatch between the maximum load value and speed that the railroad structure can support and the reality in the field accelerates the degradation of components that endanger safety and cause inefficiency in operational activities. Since the regional integration policy was implemented, the inspection of this suitability has never been studied. This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the feasibility of the Jogja-Solo railroad with a sample from Tugu Station to Brambanan Station.
Railway technical standards in Indonesia are regulated in PD 10 and Ministerial Regulation No. 60 of 2012 based on UIC International standards. Railway feasibility testing is carried out by comparing the categories of railway classes obtained in two ways, namely the calculation of annual train load data based on the 2022 Railway Travel Chart with the section carrying capacity formula (gross passing tonnage in million tonnes/year or GMTPA ) and identification of real data on installed components and cross-sections of railways using latest applied standards. Gross passing tonnage is used to determine the class that should be installed. Meanwhile, the real field data is used to determine the installed class.
The gross passing tonnage value based on daily train data without additional trains on one side (upstream/downstream) is 17.61 GMTPA for Tugu Station-Lempuyangan Station and 14.33 GMTPA for Lempuyangan Station-Brambanan Station. If additional trains are included, the values ??become 18,495 and 15,212 GMTPA. More than 75% of passing trains are passenger type so Vmax is taken into consideration. The observed segment must meet the categories II and I of Ministerial Regulation No. 60 of 2012 and III and II of UIC standards. Based on field data, the rail road observed between Tugu Station-Brambanan Station meets feasibility. The reason is because the installed railway meets the class I category according to applicable standards so that it can accommodate gross passing tonnage value with consideration of the margin of safety.
